REALLY can no one help or can someone find out for me. I have ordered a walking stick for a older person so would appreciate someone, anyone, trying to find an answer for me. I really do not think it is that hard!!!!!!

Why is it when I ring the TV Shop number to ask why they are still selling an inferior overpriced stick vacuum that doesn’t work they simply hang up, what a dreadful company, I would advise everyone to stay well clear of such a company who won’t even defend there inferior products and fraudulent claims

I purchased two instachill 09EX V2 . They are a good product. Very well priced. I did have a problem with the blades on one cooler, but after telling the company about it, they are going to replace it as soon as I return the faulty one. They also will pay for the return postage. Price match wasn't an option (as stated) so we had to send it back. We did you a favour by not even opening the box, so you could send it back out to whoever for the newly reduced price that matches the more reasonable price of competition.
