Two Men and a Truck

Fantastic same day service for a difficult furniture removal. Balafre and Raul were polite, energetic and most obliging with the difficult access and steep driveway of an old high rise.

We moved from Brisbane to Kooralbyn on the 19th Dec 2022, Renato and the team could not have done a better job. They were great. Personalised service and attention to detail, nothing too much trouble. The team were friendly, quick and efficient. No hitches at all and would highly recommend to anyone needing removal services. Our move was for a 3 bed home plus a lot of shed items.

Had two pick up locations and a double storey destination which was quite tight. Mati and Co were adaptable and efficient. While mati's co worker was packing up the sheets, Mati went above and beyond and offered to assist with assembling a computer desk which I could not have done solo.

Personalised service. Came to our properties to assess & give a quote on what the move would entail. On the day, this team of 4 men (Migeul, Renato, Felipe & Jordano) were friendly and productive! No task was too hard. The team were on time to both properties (House & Apartment). I would highly recommend Two Men & a Truck to anyone who was moving. A satisfied customer. A one bedroom move to the next suburb, The two men were prompt, very pleasant and obliging, happy to uplift garden pots which I thought would not be possible. They worked quickly without taking any rest breaks. They took good care of fragile things and started and finished on time.

Booked for 8am. Get a call at 8:05am saying they will be late, more like 10am.

We have a young family and things to do. A bit inconvenient but ok, whatever.

Called back a couple of hours later, wont be there until 1pm now, IF they can make it at all. It depends on how other moves go...

I let them know that is not really on, we had a confirmed booking and now we are stuck. Caller could not care less.

Have used twice before. Once was ok. Second time was slow and a few damaged items.

Will not be using them ever again.

We had to move a few items into storage unit on a Saturday and needed two men with a truck to do this job. We were told they'd arrive between 11-1pm and then told on the day they were delayed and would definitely be there between 1-2pm. We had to leave at 3pm and they said they would be there and assured me there was time to do the job. By 3pm nobody had showed up, nobody had phoned and we left without getting the job done. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Moved from an apartment to a house within the ACT in May 2022. Had great service with clear communication and very polite. Everything was well looked after, and moved quickly and confidently. They were also helpful in making sure furniture was in the right place in the new house and offered to change things if I wanted. Would absolutely use this company again!

Mati, Artur and Fabrizio of Team Mati did a fabulous job, were super friendly, experienced, polite and extremely efficient moving our 5 bedroom house full of heavy and breakable items.

Mati was a great help with my move. Was careful with my belongings, and helped me with plugging in and connecting items. Very happy with the service and will happily use again the next time I move!

I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment in Croydan Park to a 1 bedroom apartment in West Ryde, Sydney. First of all, the person I spoke to on the phone was efficient and straightforward. Told me the cost up front and told me that since I had most of my things packed up, it would be cheaper to pack the rest up. David and his co-worker arrived on time (gave me a 10 minute heads up that they were coming). They were fast a efficient and really organised. If I move again, I will ask them to help me. Polite and helpful all the way - from the office staff I first spoke to, to the removalists. They are worth every cent.

We had a large 5 bedroom house to move and Michelle and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently all day. They were polite and friendly at all times and worked really well as a team. They even managed to move our spa which was bulky and very heavy! I would definitely recommend Two men and a Truck as we were very impressed with the team of men who moved us.

It took two days to move a one bedroom flat that should have taken a few hours. Language proved a big issue, and they weren’t where they’d say they would be more than once. The office were unwilling to help. A horrible, expensive experience I couldn’t afford, I was exasperated to tears by the end. Don’t do it to yourself.
