Purchased great tyres that I normally wouldn't buy at retail price. After that I read some of the bad reviews and that was a bit unsettling but to my surprise every step of the process was emailed to me and my tyres arived ahead of time. My fitting provider, Noosaville Goodyear Autocare, were prompt and courteous. Couldn't be happier with my new donuts.

I purchased a set of tyres for my Mum’s Hyundai i20, great deal and great service. Will purchase from them again. Hopefully they will eventually offer Motorcycle Tyres.

Great concept caters for budget safety and performance minded people. Delivered on time but fitting station was slow so they gave me future alignment ans rotation

I purchased FOUR ( 4 ) winrun r330 tyres from this company… they sent me email saying my tyres had been delivered … but obviously there run by trained monkies who cant count they sent 3. only 3 tyres then made me wait almost a week to get the other one I had to cancel DR's appointment and a lunch date for having to wait for tyre that should of been delivered in first run didn't even offer a discount or an apology my time is important to to have it wasted like this is just unprofessional I wont be using them again and full well intend to tell everyone I talk to about it and advising them to avoid this company.

We purchased the tyres and noted as part of the deal, free road side assist, free clean etc... however the "We will attend to any punctures in the first 12 months free" is not to fix the puncture as it reads, they just help you contact NRMA or RACV or Qld or wherever you are to get the tyre changed to your spare etc. The play on words is misleading and basically a misrepresentation of the deal!

Be careful of this.

I ordered tyres and then read all the negative reviews on here. I can report that the tyres were delivered on time, as ordered and fitted without fuss by Jarvis Subaru.

At tyresale.com.au I had one of my worst buying experience I have had. Form the pricing to customer service.
THERE is no such customer first. They reap off your money with advertisements. Call and wait for a long time call hang up. Customer service zero! It is recommended to go your local tyre sale and buy and fit tyres even a few dollars more. Tyresale.com.au has no value for customers.

How’s this for factual - I pay $- you send me tires - I get great local company to put them on - sounds like a dream - Do not believe them!!!! If they add any thing - like a 12 month rd assist to sweeten the deal - cos once they hound you to give them a great revue and a lousy $50 if you recommend a friend - it was all ok until I asked about receiving the stupid sticker for the 12 month rd assist - emailed them about two - three weeks after tires on asking when I’d get the sticker - emailed me back saying usually a month or maybe two before - been nearly 5 months - shove ya sticker and I don’t recommend you to any one - factual enough for ya!!!!

I was fooled after I did an online purchase for 4 tyres. Its over 15 days now I still didn't got an email or a call or nothing. After contacting them after 2 weeks they said that the tyres are not available. I requested for an full refund, still waiting.... Not got my refund yet..
Bunch of scammers in this joint. Do not buy from them. I don't trust these bunch of idiots anymore.

Purchased 2 tyres from them, as a good price however one is defect product. I actually took it to the tyre specialist at my own cost to have it determined that it was indeed a defect tyre. Took a photo and lodge a claim within the first week, the process took around 20 business days instead of 5 business days that they claimed, only come back to me saying is my own fault and the decision is final, no further claim or examination accepted.
I end up paying full price to hands the one tyre replaced at my local shop, this is simply a joke.
Buyer be aware, maybe I'm the odd ones here, but totally unhappy and will not recommend anyone to it.

Purchased online from this company and found them to be very efficient, with delivery from NSW to Vic days before the scheduled day stated.

The end-to-end process for online tyre search, ordering/payment, delivery to fitment centre and fitment itself was smooth and ran according to the information provided on the TyreSales website. I did proactively contact the fitment centre shortly after the consignment tracking showed a ‘delivered’ status rather than waiting the 24hrs for a call. That was no problem, my order was known to them and my preferred fitment date/time was confirmed.

Overall transaction was great! Excellent product and service. Service centre made the fitting easy and even washed my car! Prices were competitive and great value. Will shop here again!

They say price is what you pay. Value is what you get. Also it is all about how the service or product made you feel. Well, this was my first time with Tyresales and now my last. I did not get any value, but headaches and a hole in my wallet. What are the use of expired tyres on a vehicle.. I suppose just an accident waiting to happen.

I urge everyone to please check the tyre age diligently when buying from this company. There should be no margin of error on safety.

My tyres were sent to the wrong garage! I then called and was told they would be sent to my chosen garage. They never arrived. So I email support and they take a week to get back to me. Then they say, your tyres have been sent. Clearly hadn't checked my order and the previous person I called had done nothing. So I email again and still no response after 4 days. Now going to chargeback my card and go with someone else. Awful experience.

Tyres I purchased from tyresales.com.au make my steering wheel shake on the freeway, had 3 balances and no change.
Raised a warranty and they declined it immediately without any investigation based on hearsay.
I obtained a road force balance which brings my tyres up as "yellow" as warning in one spot each tyre meaning they are not round.
Contacted Bridgestone australia who advise tyresales.com.au are selling grey imports, therefore no warranty from Bridgesone. Would have loved to know this before I purchased... would have gone somewhere else!
Next stop fair trading QLD or QCAT, with plenty of evidence.

Four Kumho,s for iX35 online. Prices good, delivery arrangements worked exactly as stated to Fitters. Fitters fast. Would definitely use again or recommend to others. An advantage is that you can research tyres (Whirlpool etc) rather than just go on suggestions by Distributor who may have other considerations than the best product for your vehicle.

Delivered next day, cheaper than local tyre shops. Everything is covered in price from freight, fitting & tyre disposal. What more could you ask for?

Hi There I have just had my tyres fitted this morning. I would like to give you feedback on my first experience using your service. The price I was quoted was by far the best price in the area, a saving of at least $40 per tyre. The communication was excellent and the no fuss fitting this morning was also excellent. A very positive experience. We will certainly use your service in the future and have no problems recommending your company to other people.

Placed order over a week ago and no tyres or contact. Rang fitting centre and they have not received tyres. lodged 2 emails but after three days no response. Contact phone number cuts out after options are read so no option to leave message. will not use tyresales again and will go to local dealer with face to face service. Not sure if tyres will even turn up at this point. Needed tyres before holiday trip but looks like that won't happen. Very poor service would not use again. Cannot contact for even an answer to where they are.

Will never waste my time with these low lives ever again. Terrible customer service. Terrible system. I can’t even call to complain because I get put on hold and hung up on after half an hour.
Absolute joke, I’m kicking myself that I gave you my business.

Saw Tyresales EOFY sale and thought "Yep, my the tread on my car is almost done. I should get onto them and save money instead of getting ripped at a local tyre joint".

Got my hands on ContiPremiumContact 2s this Monday. Tuesday received a phone call that they have no stock so we agreed to switch over to Michellin Energy XM2 that would come with a next day delivery. Three days have gone past and I've rung Tyresales both yesterday and today only to be hung up by their stupid auto-answering system that kicks me out of the queue after 15 minutes.

I'm now about to make a big weekend drive (1600km return) on tyres that have ZERO thread on the front. Thank you Tyresales, my life is in your hands (1-2 day delivery my butt)

Ordered run flats from the run flats section in the drop down menu. Got sent tyres that were not run flats. Apparently I should have known because there's an exclamation mark near by. Since it's my first time on the site one wouldn't make an assumption to look for marks. And their so called manager decides to be rude and argue over $50 instead of realising that I could come back as a customer in future. However logic doesn't seem to work for these guys. Either way I'm not paying for their mistake as hard as they may try. Never dealing with these monkeys again. I suggest you don't either!

Ordered tyres for our SUV at $161, then saw $150 couple of weeks later. Also the RRP price had changed from $305 to $199. Emailed tyre sales who didn't even answer my concern just to read conditions of sale. All I wanted was difference since it was such a short time from purchase. Will I use them again, no way.

I have dealt with tyresales on seveal occasions but did not use there fitting stations before.
I decided I would try one of there fitting stations well thats were it went south.
The fitting centre on Welshpool Road was rude arrogant and certainly put me off.
I decided after being ignored, not helpfull, downright disrespectful to me as a customer that he would perform no work on my vehicle.
I cancelled my order paid the $25 each to return tyres and then went online and got them cheaper with Tyoorla with a much better experience.
Its been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered and paid for my tyres and I still havent recieved my refund.
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH TYRESALES AGAIN......
