Frank & Kieran installed our second lot of plantation shutters today, so happy were we with the first plantation shutters for the rear of the house that we had the front also done.... easy to order, good communication and easy installation. painless was the phrase in mind... they look great also

We have just had Frank and Kieran install our new plantation shutters and we are thrilled. The quality and service we have received is excellent and Frank and Kieran took a lot of care installing our blinds. I would definitely recommend them for future business.

Purchased blinds for a bay window and there are large gaps between the blinds. The sales rep should never have ordered these blinds for a bay window but obviously wanted the sale. My window is on a main road and yet after paying good money for blinds, I have no privacy. It has not fulfilled the whole purpose of having a window covering. The quality of the blind has also been disappointing, with the blinds showing a bend where they are raised to. Wasted by money, time and energy and now will have to find another solution.

We paid for our deposit for our blinds and shutters on the 19 Dec 2022.
Our Shutter has been installed since but we still waiting for our Blinds and Curtains.
We where told 3-6weeks from time of deposit.
This is honestly the worst service i have ever experienced.
I email the person that originally gave us the quote and he always says that he will pass this on to the operations team.
Im done and will NEVER EVER USE them again.
I dont recommend them at all. Service is absolutely disgusting. I will be contacting them again next week.

I booked and paid for plantation shutters on 7 Feb and was advised there would be a 6 - 8 week wait until delivery. I advised the shutters were for my house that I was putting on the market for sale. It is now almost 8 weeks later and after ringing them every week for the last 3 weeks I have been advised that they will not be delivered until 27 April, 11 weeks after I ordered them and long after my house goes on the market.

Not once did anyone ever call me with an update, or apologise for the delay. Coronavirus seems to be a convenient excuse at the moment for poor customer service. When I asked to escalate my issue to someone else I was told to go on the website and complete a form. Not good enough.

We have ordered shutters in July 2022 and still waiting on one to be fixed this is 2nd time this shutter hasbroken. I am not happy at all with U.Blinds.

Extremely happy with our U Blinds experience. We got a great price on our plantation shutters from Darren who came out to do our measure and quote and then a beautiful and highly professional installation job from Paulo who turned up on time and was friendly and polite. Our new shutters look great and they give every room they are in a stylish lift. Have now dealt twice with this company and will happily do so again. All 5 stars very much deserved.

We bought very large outside blinds which were installed as promised on the stipulated date. The price was most acceptable and the customer service was excellent. As for the product, we cannot fault it! Overall, very satisfied with the purchase!

Service was prompt, value for money is great, delivery was a fortnight out however once blinds arrived installation was prompt. Intstaller Paulo was fabulous and friendly. Very happy with result.

The white shutters we’re installed in a timely manner and have transformed the rooms of which they sit. They look gorgeous and are fully functional. Very happy with the result.

I found about ublinds in newspaper. They came in for a free measurement and quote. Jesse was very professional and had complete knowledge of the product. Frank then came for installation and was excellent and proficient on the job. He did the job flawlessly and with sheer expertise in less than 45 min. Once done he also explained on how to use and maintain the shutters. Loved the job and product ! Very happy !

We decided to install aluminium plantation shutters for our alfresco area. We made calls and sent emails to get quotes and U Blinds were on it from the start. Others were no shows and time wasters but U Blinds were very professional and gave us expert advice. Shutters we ordered, manufactured and installed all in 6 weeks over the Christmas period. The shutters look amazing and the quality is top shelf. Pricing was very reasonable and not a rip off.

U Blinds was an easy company to set up an free initial quote with. They came out on the 21st November, and the plantation shutters were installed on 24th Jan.

It was easy to pick the right options with the support of David who provided the quote, and Paulo installed the blinds promptly within 2 hours and was very thorough and friendly.

Exterior blinds installed on our balcony efficiently and professionally by Paulo and Kinny. The job will be completed when the wiring is connected to enable the blinds to be used by remote control.

Paulo did a great job installing our awning. He communicated at each stage and went out of his way to ensure it was installed when promised. He also cleaned up thoroughly after finishing and took away all the packaging.

We were very satisfied with the installation of the 2 blinds & impressed with the installers, Paulo & Kinny. They were courteous & sociable. They do need to return with some flashing to complete the installation which had to be measured after the blinds were installed. Considering that they worked between Xmas & New Year we were suitably impressed.
