Lost my remote and I bought a universal remote. I can’t use the code 007F as it doesn’t have any numbers on it. Is there another way I can use this remote?

Unfortunately i don't think there is a way to use the universal remote.
Please order a replacement remote at www.vianotvs.com then click on shop and then remotes.
Is there anywhere on the back of the tv that takes a sound bar, my old tv had a digital optical port this tv doesn't have one, can someone advise me. I've tried just using the HDMI cable with no success.
The TV should have a digital coaxial sound output, if there is no Optical.
Where on the back of the tv is this, I have 2 HDMI cables, 1 goes to my soundbar and other goes to my pvr unit. Tv aerial from wall to pvr then a separate tv aerial from pvr to back of t.v..
Is there anyway I can use my soundbar with this product, as it doesn't appear to have a digital optical port.

No Serena, I haven’t. I did call a TV repairs and frankly they weren’t keen on coming out to look at it in fact suggested I buy a new tv. I told him that one of the problems could be a fuse which costs about $1.70 but still he said I could should be buy a new one. I have tried doing a soft reboot but that didn’t work either. (Soft reboot is unplugging the set and leave for 5 mins then plugging it back in)
*sigh* this is by far the biggest regret of a sale.
I have had the tv off (soft reset) for more than 2-3 days and still nothing has happened. It worked previously before.

You download required video from internet and save to the USB drive. Plug in USB drive and from the INPUT/SOURCE menu select USB the Video. The format must be compatible witrh this TV however this TV has excellent video compatibility. This information is in the User Guide

I have a 47" and after moving house the TV will not come up with channels it only comes up with no digital data saved have tried to reset all nothing, i can connect it to a dvd player and is ok but no TV please help.
This is a reception problem,Try plugging in an indoors antenna to get some form of reception and work from there,Good luck cheers Krusty.
No Not the Answer to my Problem as my other Tv's work on this point the problem is with the TV as there is NO Data Saved
