Villa Caravans and great service
Just got back from 11 days of freecamping with our new Villa Veronika Caravan. We had a couple of small issues so we decided to call in to the manufacturer of the van in Fleet Street Somerton. The boss helped me back into the yard in front of the factory and in 5 minutes he had the Electrician and 2 other craftsman busy inside our van. Half an hour later everything was resolved and we were on our way. I did not expect such a prompt and great service. I would reccomend this Caravan Builder to anyone. It is a great product and the after service is fantastic. David T.

Beautiful well made luxury at a great price.
I have owned a Windsor, Crusader, Jayco and now a Villa Klaudia. The Klaudia is streets ahead of the others. It's very well made and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. I have criticized especially Jayco on this site for their atrocious wiring and general quality faults. Our Klaudia is so well made and the wiring (as an electrical engineer) is a beauty to behold. The woodwork, the cupboards all work, are straight, and are mounted carefully. The plumbing is properly done, and doesn't have bits and pieces hanging off the chassis where ...Read more
the U brackets have left off. There is ONE water outlet, not the dreaded 2 separate ones like Jayco. The bed is a normal (very comfortable) queen size without the shaved off corners. Plenty of room around and in front of the bed. It looks modern and functional and tows perfectly. Our Isuzu Mux has no trouble with it and fully loaded weighs less than a shorter Jayco and is well within the design capabilities of the Isuzu. We bought it second hand from George Day in Perth. They were also great, and fixed up a few things without too much fuss during the 3 month warranty. We dragged it to Melbourne from Perth and experienced a charging issue on the way. We phoned the owner (Mario) and he fixed it quickly and efficiently even though it was 4 years old. He replaced the back lights at the same time which had developed a crack across one lens. He went beyond the call of duty. If you want a luxury caravan at a great price have a good look at Villa's range. I cannot recommend them enough but I believe in giving credit where credit is due.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Just phone the manufacturers in Melbourne. If you look up villa caravans on Google, go to their website and it has the phone numbers. They are a small family business and extremely helpful, but they are often away from the phone. So persevere or send an email and they do eventually answer. Mario is the main technical fellow there.
Cool thank you for the reply will contact them.
