This bbq is decent and easy to use. Not make space for a large BBQ dinner but horses for courses that's to be expected with a compact BBQ I guess. Heat is not always amazing. Has been reliable and had some good meals off it. I would recommend this product. It is user-friendly and easy to use.

This bbq is very easy to use, cooks perfect meats, and can be used like an oven for pizzas and roasts as well.
Heats up quickly and gives an even heat, and it is very easy to clean afterwards.
The design is quite nice too and it’s good that it has two wheels to move it around easily

Roast, chops, chicken, potatoes, onions all come out excellent, fairly easy to clean and move around the back yard, handy side shelves. Good size for my small family. We haven't taken it outside of home, but that is an option given its build. We got the cover which has blown away a few times!

We love it. Pizzas turn out great. Roasts are delectable. Baked veggies are awesome. Always happy to recommend it to others.

The booklets included had some great ideas for cooking too.

The trolley is super handy and we also have the cover just to keep it dust free.

The support for the product is fantastic.

I love cooking with the webber Q but sometimes I find the grill can get quiet sticky and sticks the meat but extra marinate fixes that it's easy to move due to being so compact and I believe it is a great safety feather being quiet heavy and sturdy so all in all it's a yes from me

This is best BBQ l have ever owned, l highly recommend this to anyone looking for BBQ. its cooks a great steak.
Easy to clean, really to cook and the way the food comes out with the lid during cooking is succulent, juicy and so much flavor. I also recommend the Webber pans, great to cook eggs in morning or night

Easy to set up, easy to cook on, easy to clean. Ideal BBQ especially for beginners. The wheels and handle make it easy to move around so you can store it undercover for more protection and pull it out to cook. There is ample space to cook for a family or a party. Works well for pizza and roasting meat as well as the standard steaks/sausages. Only suggestion for improvement would be for the standard to come half grill half hotplate rather than all grill.

Just love the Weber Family Q, extremely satisfied with the BBQ results. Very easy to use,bbq happening with lid down while preparing salads etc or have the lid open if preferred. Roasts are delicious and bbq to perfection. Safe, easy manoeuvred,cleaned and tucks away neat and tidy with a cover.Available is optional accessories.

We use the Weber weekly, so good for a baked dinners, Pizzas and tray bakes, though we haven't used it to the full capacity there are heaps of accessories available, the pizza stone and trays work well and the vege roaster tray and Thermometer for testing the cooking progress is great.

I’ve just inboxed my 3100 model and I was annoyed that it didn’t have the lid thermometer.
For the sake of $10, why not commonise and end this confusion and frustration for customers.
I want the 3200 lid. Can I swap lids for a fair price? I don’t understand the marketing.

BBQ is easy to use and gives good results. Also easy to clean. However, accessories are quite pricey and normally don't go on sale (if lucky can get 10% off). Have had to buy a few accessories to enjoy the full functionality of the Weber (grill plate, cover, cleaning brush, etc).

Easy to use, and clean. So many accessories for the Webber. I basically use this as an oven all year round. Everything I have ever made inthe Webber comes out perfect. Great cook book/ instructions guide comes with it. Love pizzas on the stone and can even use it as a smoker.

Just bought the Family Q and tried a roast last night. The instruction book doesn't actually say what setting to put the small dial on when roasting. I put the larger dial on the "roast/bake" setting but wasn't sure if I do the same for the small dial. Can you please provide some guidance.

This BBQ is so easy to use it cooks everything to perfection. It's easy to move around and heats up quickly for fast cooking. Is also big enough to cook for the whole family. Good value for money and excellent quality. I recommend it to all my friends and family

Hi guys, when cleaning my Weber q for the first time ( second hand Weber ) I’ve scratched the inside of the lid pretty badly, first question, is this a problem, and secondly, if so, how do I fix/repair it. Also can the igniters be replaced.

Easy to use, easy to move around, sits in the corner under the cover when not in use. Takes up very minimal room on the back patio.. Which is great if you have a small entertaining area. It's the perfect size for a family BBQ, but also great if you're cooking just for one. Very attractive finish.
