My Little Squirt Loves It
My 9 month old kitten, Squirt, has been drinking small amounts of Whiskas kitten milk since I first brought her home in February and she adores it. Totally addicted I think. Now she's older, I'm trying to wean her off the supper serve, leaving just her breakfast, but she's not making it easy.
As an owner, I'm happy to let her have this as it ensures she gets some liquid daily and as a growing kitten, the extra vitamins ect are good for her. Only thing I have against this cat ambrosia is the sugar in it. Totally un-necessary in my opinion. No cat needs sugar. Get rid of that Whiskas and I'll gladly up my rating to 5 stars.

Cuddles loves wiskas milk pluss
We have a orental cat 14 yrs old.
He loves his milk plus but since I have been giving him this I find that he has stoped eating his wet food.
He has royal canin dry food so I am hoping with both the dry food and milk plus he is get all he needs.

My Scottish Fold really likes this
I recently bought the Whiskas Cat Milk, something different for our cat to try. She has never had milk before so I wasn't sure how she would take it. However, after she got a little taste she now loves it. I give her a little amount in the mornings just like a breakie treat and she seems to enjoy it very much. i haven't noticed any change in her behaviour or eating habits or any negative effect since giving this to her. So thumbs up!

Best Cat Milk on the market
Wanted to try some cat milk over the weekend. Whiskas Milk Plus was, by far, better than drinking straight from the cat.

Terrible lactose reduced isn't same as lactose free
Diarrea and vomiting minutes after drinking. Cats are often lactose intolerant to various degrees and mine are quite intolerant so the reaction was bad

Causes Behavioural Problems
Do not buy "Whiskas Milk Plus", the only thing this sugary, salty, watered-down syrup has in common with milk is the colour. We were diluting some of this white fluid to encourage our cat to drink more water but even diluted we noticed its potent affect on him. Each time immediately after drinking this he would go crazy, hyperactive and start getting naughty and bitey. The personality of our normally sweet natured kitty would flip after getting his fix. After a close look at the ingredients I saw why. The main 4 ingredients are milk, malt (high...Read more
in sugar), sucrose (sugar) and salt. That's milk, sugar, sugar, salt! Cats don't even taste sugar so the only reason I can think of to put massive amounts of sugar into it is to create an addiction. They certainly don't need the huge salt levels either that is 7 times higher than other healthy brands. Upon trying another cat milk brand (a healthy one) his behaviour was unaffected (and he still loved it). Whiskas Milk Plus is not a healthy option (or even milk anymore in my opinion) but a junk food drug formulated solely for addiction. Shame on you Whiskas.Similar opinion? Nothing special to justify the price.
I was interested in this as a means of calcium supplementation for a Burmese, and had decanted it into an IceCube tray and frozen for more economical portion control, but found it hard to get nutrition info, there's none on the pack nor on the Aust. Website. However From https://www.whiskas.ca/en/our-products/cat-milk/whiskas-catmilk-plus here's what's in it: milk, water, nonfat milk, malt extract, trisodium phosphate, vegetable oil, guar gum, corn syrup solids, lactase, taurine, carrageenan, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, dextrose, salt

My cat loves wiskas milk
I give her very little twice a day, only a tablespoon or so in the morning and again at evening. As she has to be medicated twice a day (hyperthyroidism) having the milk with the pill doesn't upset her tommy. I keep the milk always in the cooler section of the fridge and only buy the small cartons. Much dear but not waste. Very expensive treat!!! but she needs it. Only at Coles, W/W have the litre carton.

My cats love it but it curdles too quickly
I have 4 cats and they love to have their daily treat of whiskas milk, if I don't give them any . . . they make it quite obvious that they want some, they look at the empty bowl where their goes then look up at me & meow.
But I found that it goes off too quick, I will pour some in the morning & by 3 or 4 in the arvo the milk is curdling (thickening up) which to me is a sign of going off. As soon as it thickens my cats wont drink it.
I feel as if I'm wasting so much milk & money considering that 1 ltr of whiskas milk is so much more expensive...Read more

OK
I buy the Whiskas Milk Plus occasionally as a treat for my cats. They do seem to like it and as it doesn't have lactose it should be better for them. They drink it happily but I'm always left with some in the bowl (too generous a serving). As cats don't drink that much in general I'm always left throwing a portion of the container out before it goes rancid in the fridge. I think buying it for my cats makes me feel better rather than the cats. I feel as though I'm giving them a special treat.
It enables me to give the cats a treat.
I do end up throwing some of it out as the cats don't drink that much.

nosed with Hyper thyroidism and is meant to have his iodine intake reduced. I need to know what measure is in the milk. That would really be helpul because I don't want to stop him from having it.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

The cat loves it.
We bought this when our cat was a kitten. She loves it,but we do not tend to buy it for her now as it is expensive to buy on a regular basis. Its good as an occasional treat, but not for all the time, but if your cat really loves milk, then its a good alternative as cats can't digest regular milk.
Cats love it as an alternative to lactose milk.
Bit pricey to buy regularly

My cat loves it
I set up a cat profile on the Whiskas website a while ago and they sent me some cat food samples and a couple to claim free Whiskas Milk Plus. My cat loves it so much that he will be sitting by the fridge after eating his food, waiting for me to get the milk out!
Whiskas Milk Plus is a bit expensive compared to other similar products, but I will still buy it if it's on special. I used to get Pets Own lactose-free milk, and now Zymil lactose-free full cream milk for my cat. He loves all three of them just as much.
healthy for your cats

Good
I do not tend to feed milk to my older cat all that often but when I have wanted to in the past I have purchased this Whiskas product and been more than happy with it. I would only give it to my cat these days as an occasionally treat and every time I do my cat really loves it. While you do not need to give cats milk, it is a nice way to provide something a bit extra in their died. It does not cost that much and is always available in the pet section at the supermarket.
A good treat product, my cat loves it.

Excellent
I am very happy with this Whiskas product. It is highly digestible even for kittens and they simply love it. You can also be reassured that your cat gets enough fluid using this product occasionally. It is great when "partnered up" with Whiskas Dry Cat Food. Another great thing is that it is affordable and available in Coles and Woolworths at all times it is very convenient to buy, I recommend this product.
Good ingredients, cats love it, good way to encourage your cats to drink more water, nutritional, use alongside dry food or as a treat on its own, affordable

Good
With an older cat I don't tend to give it a lot of milk but have used this product off and on over the years and found that my cat really enjoys drinking it. I would probably only use it as a bit of a treat once in a while as it is not like cats really need to have a lot of milk once they are adults. It is pretty affordable and a tub will definitely last a week or so if you just give your cat a little bit each day.
Good product for a bit of a treat.

OK
Maybe this varies from cat to cat, but my two weren't interested in the product. It's a good idea in practise and convienent as well as healthy, but a little pointless if the cats won't drink it!
Convienent, full of nutrition and free of the preservatives that are in regular milk, keeps fresh in the fridge for a decent amount of time, doesn't cost that much, goes a long way if you store it in the correct, recommended manner
My cats didn't enjoy it, they wouldn't drink it after the first time I bought it.

OK
I tried this product a couple of times as a good alternative to cows milk but my three cats prefer the oat milk I make for them - soaked rolled oats strained with a kids multi vitamin dissolved in it. This is so much cheaper and has no preservatives or chemicals in it
it is great that whiskas has recognised the need for a non cows milk product especially made for cat's, good that there is no lactose in it -probably may be better for people to use too!
chemical food additives and flavour enhancers also it is a bit expensive

Bad
I no longer buy this product - if I want to give my cats some 'kitty' milk, the lactose-free UHT milk for human consumption is much cheaper.
I used to buy this for my two cats since I knew that cow's milk was not good for them (contains lactose) - so this was a good alternative when I wanted to give them a treat.
I found that my two cats only drank a little bit. I would store the open carton in the fridge and give them some later, but their interest declined and I stopped buying it as it just got wasted.
