Prior to talking to Tim I was not happy with wide span due to dealings with our local branch. Tim has changed our mind set and went over and beyond for us through every stage. Tim is definitely going to be our go to for any further needs

I didn't know what I needed at first but when I spoke with Tim he explained what the process was first and then we spoke about what I needed the shed for.
Design and purchase of a small rural shed

From the start Dougal was fantastic, great communication and constant updates, I informed him of logistical issues and me being hard to get ahold of me due to working away, he left me updates via voicemail and email which was great, I have more sheds to be done in the near future and ill be going through Dougal again hands down. Good Service but not very good installation instructions
Recently purchased a kit home with wide span. Their customer service and the online portal was great. The after care and installation guides were not very helpful and not specific to our plan. We know a fair amount when it comes to building and it would be extremely difficult for an ametuer to understand the plans. A guided step by step instruction specific to the plan would be ideal and make life a lot easier!

My upcoming shed build
The assistance i have received from both the supplier and from the local wide span rep have been really helpful. Full of information and they have made a purchase in a product area i know nothing about, feel very comfortable. Lots of good advice and information about the process.
Best customer service and deal i could imagine!
I have recently purchased a 6x9 shed and have not had a better customer experience than what i have from Widespan Sheds. The customer portal is on spot with all the correspondence listed there as well as the technical information from quote to council plans which enabled the council to issue the permit in less than a week. The price was the best I found from out of about 20 shed suppliers and this was better equipped with wall heights, roller door size and frame layout. I highly recommend Widespan Sheds for your next shed!
Excellent customer service
The consultant I dealt with throughout the decision making and ordering process was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was also extremely patient and understanding whilst I ironed out a couple of delays at my end. The whole time he remained polite and was always readily available to speak with.

I'm very happy with my decision to go with Wide Span. From design to delivery the customer service I received was excellent, with prompt and clear communication the whole way through. Delivery date was close to that projected and delivery team were careful and punctual. Online portal was impressive with everything accessible in one place. The plans and notes were thorough and extremely helpful for a novice builder like myself. Obviously a well-designed and high quality product. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Great follow up but not over the top pushy sales. Nothing was an issue and all staff seemed to genuinely want to help. Michael was our salesman and was great. On delivery we had a few damaged purlins but was not issue getting them replaced. Krysta was fantastic too!
Prompt and expert service
Tim was very prompt in replying to my request for quote, and he very quickly put together exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't fault the service or process, it was quick, easy and comprehensive. I highly recommend Wide Span Sheds.

Great Communication
Ben was extremely helpful during the whole process, but what I really liked was the frequency of contact by him to make sure everything was moving in the right direction.
Good product, terrible after service
The process to design and purchase was super easy however the after service was non existent. I was supplied the wrong knee brackets which made construction grind to a halt. I repeatedly tried to contact Widespan without success. In the end I had to pay a shed constructor to come and help me work out a solution. Aside from those issues the shed parts themselves were well labelled and it's a quality product.

Just purchased our 4th Wide Span Shed. Nothing comes near it for strength and price. If your looking for a quality shed ask for Dougal 56578896 and tell him I sent you... Maybe I will get a discount on shed number 5, cause you can never have too many sheds :-)

Travis and everyone we dealt with at Widespan have been courteous, prompt in replying and extremely helpful. Ordering a garage is not something I am familiar with but the whole process was made so simple and easy to do, thank you.

Designs that don't work and atrocious after sales support
We bought a shed through WSS and requested a 400mm eave extension on one side as part of the design. All was great until we received the shed months later and attempted to build it. We found that the eave extension was designed so that the final eave purlin was only 1950mm from the ground, leaving no clearance for the PA door to swing under it.
We contacted WSS, provided photos, and explanation, drawings with calcs and a proposed solution and one month later we are still waiting for a resolution. Essentially you get stonewalled by a "Customer

It is clear this company puts 90% of its resources to presales efforts, as design changes at that point were returned to us with a smile within a day. Here, where we had given them the problem and a solution, it took me threatening to go to Consumer Affairs to eventually get a one line response approving the resolution we proposed. We are still out of pocket for the steel we needed to buy to fix THEIR mistake, as well as the original steel we paid for, for the flawed design. No resolution in sight. For a company that prides itself on 'custom design', it was a serious let down, and obvious that no one had checked the customisation against the shed plans. For the amount of money we spent with them, it is unacceptable. I would avoid this place at all costs, customer support is atrocious. Emails and phone calls ignored for days, and no ability to talk to anyone with a clue (was told the "engineers aren't even in the same building"). The kind of company that is great until they have your money.
