Ordering the wiper kit for the Jeep was easy on line ... only had to know the year made and model and their system picked out the right kit for my car. Because of the CoVID-19 impact on Aust Post deliveries my package was upgraded to express post at no extra cost so I got it 1 working day later. Great customer service. Importantly the 3 blades fitted perfectly. Also got a nice "appreciation for your business" letter from the owner Vijay. A nice touch.

My new wipers just arrived. less than a minute later the old ones were in the bin and the new ones were on the car. Simplest replacement ever. gone are the days of feeding new blades through the slots....

Initial test; the blades clear all water on the screen and glide over the glass. No noise, no drag, just clear vision. Higher cost, yes, but a better product overall.

Great support from the team. My vehicle wasn't listed, the support to find a set was great, and quick. Had a set supplied within a week of the initial inquiry.

The entire swap took about 5 minutes and most of that was struggling to remove the old blades. Needed pliers as the press clips where jammed.

New blades fit perfectly and look great. Old blades would skip and leave streaks in light rain, new ones are great, no noise and streak free. And they look great!

I’ve had Wipertech on my “to buy” list for my HYUNDAI i30 (2017) car for a while and after reading so many great reviews I thought I’d go ahead and purchase a set for the front wipers. I can’t fault any step of the purchase - these guys make it super easy from selection, to payment methods, very quick delivery, email updates, and installation video/guides. It was a bit fiddly getting my existing blades off but so simple fitting the WiperTech units. They are perfect and now my windscreen doesn’t have those annoying streaks once wipers are turned off. Highly recommend this product!

Finding my product was easy - except that I mistook my vehicle model and ordered the wrong product. What amazed me was that this company simply forwarded me the correct product with no discussion.
