Negative wealth gain
Our $430K investment on the advise of the WIT Group is now 6 years later valued at $320-330K
We were advised that it would be a long term investment in all fairness but in hindsight it will be an even longer time before we recoup our money and could have made some much better choices. Their licenced "expert" sold us an apartment on his recommendation, and we all know how the apartment sector is travelling at the moment.
