They came within the stated timeframe and called 30mins before arrival!! The guy was so polite, he even wiped his feet before he came inside!!! Never seen that before in my life from a service person!!

I had Troy from Woolley Appliances attend my home today to fix the Miele Dishwasher.
First Miele had double booked so earlier thismorning another Miele technitian came to the house, said I needed a cabinetmaker to remove skirting and that the hinges needed adjusting or a new hinge kit, and did not have the info to change the settings to English. Troy came after this technitian as Miele had double booked, (another company), thank goodness, as he found the door was hitting the next cabinet, the hinges were fine, fixed the language and didnt need to remove kicker. Great service, thank you so much Troy and Woolley Appliance.

These guys were absolutely great! Their service was beyond what I was hoping & they were professional and prompt. The technician Juan Ramiez was fantastic! He arrived on time and called an hour prior to let me know he was coming. Juan was extremely polite and had parts on him to fix the issue within 20 mins it was fixed, tested and ready to go!
I would highly recommend to anyone needing a professional company to do repairs for them, especially Juan Ramiez. I would certainly be using them again!

We've had ongoing problems with our 'beloved' Samsung Fridge Freezer and Woolleys were called out (yet again!) to help solve our issues. Thanks, Rod, for a really positive experience. Helpful, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. An asset to the company for sure.

I just need to share my experience with my 3 services calls. On all 3 occasions Daniel has attended and I am so overwhelmed with manners, politeness, care and expertise. Such a lovely young man. He took very good care of my appliances and surrounds while fixing them. Gentle and clean, professional and kind. Explains everything well and attends to it promptly. Would welcome him back into my home anytime.

2 months & 4 days off work to get my fridge fixed!

After my fridge was damaged by my removalist company, I had to use Woolley’s services to get my fridge repaired under my insurance claim. Visit 1: assess the damage and fix required, Visit 2: came to fix fridge but technician discovered instead of the box containing a door fridge, the box contain random parts of no relevance to my fridge. Visit 3: correct parts this time, but fridge door cover was broken. Visit 4: finally fixed. Each visit I could only nominate a day and not a specific time slot (with no exceptions whatsoever) which is really frustrating for someone that works full time. All up it took 2 months.

Excellent prompt service

I’ve been having problems with my Samsung fridge ice maker. Have had Rod out 3 times (no fault of Woolleys - a Samsung issue) and each time he is prompt, efficient and courteous. Has always arrived during the times advised and calls when he’s 15 or so minutes away. He explains what’s happening - does the job and cleans up after himself.
I would highly recommend Woolleys for all your repair needs.

Samsung Dryer Repair

I had David & Minh deliver our Samsung dryer after it broke down. They were great in their communication with me for delivery time and very efficient. This experience overall for getting my Samsung repaired was excellent. I expected a long lead time or to be told when they would wanted to pick it up, instead I chose the day I wanted it picked up. From the phone call or organise it, to the great tech guy that picked it up and the delivery guy, it was an positive experience. And no I don't work for this company :)

My Samsung fridge is under 5 years warrntee and it’s not running well, it should be replaced in first place . Called Woolley service came fixed it and after three months it’s the same. Called them to replace it since Monday 15.4.19 but no one is ready to help me. They Offered Me again to fix on Wednesday 24.4.19. All these 10 days I should be without fridge. My little one is sick and he is on antibiotics . I told them plz help because him . I have no where to keep his medicine . Very this disappointed

On time and spot-on diagnostics and prompt action

Our BOSCH washing machine refused to cooperate, the laundry heap was piling up fast, so I rang Woolley Appliance Services and a very kind Aussie girl from the Call Center was able to fit me in for the next day. In the morning tomorrow I received an SMS with estimated time for the visit on the day, and I got a call from the technician 1/2 hr before. Ronnie was nice and competent, he came prepared and immediately was able to locate and repair the fault. Everything was fixed in less than 1/2 hrs. Warmly recommended to anyone in urgent need.

Broken LG Dryer - now fixed

Scott attended to the repair of my LG Dryer, needed a couple of items. Scott always rang to say what time he would be arriving and was very punctual. Always extremely polite & courteous, and I'm very happy that I now have my dryer fixed, thanks Scott.
