Service person advised me of his expected arrival time, gave good advice and fixed the problem (worn brushes on washing machine -12 yo Bosch) Did need second visit as we replaced pump as well -preventive maintenance -my choice.

Technician was very polite, was more than happy for me to ask questions as he was working and prompt identified and repaired the issue with our Washing machine. He also happily allowed me to take the opportunity to clean the area. Job Ref.649368

We have a Samsung dishwasher which had a water error. Jamie from Woolleys promptly came out, diagnosed the fault and took the machine away. He said it would be 4 days to fix and it was. He returned the machine and reinstalled. Samsung warranty is great. Jamie is excellent; he has both a customer service approach and, better still, knows his technical stuff and can clearly explain just about anything. Highly recommend him personally.

Scott attended to fix my Beko washer, had a new motor with him when he arrived. Determined that it was needed from description of fault given when service was booked with a very friendly operator. We have a Bosch dishwasher that was tripping the power fuse when in use. A member of the Wooleys Appliance Service team came to repair the dishwasher for us. He was on time, very professional and did a great job in getting our dishwasher working properly again, but most importantly provided he provided some excellent advice on how to best use our dishwasher. Information that should have been provided by the sales person when we first purchased the dishwasher. Very happy with the service we received.

Charlie recently attended to fix a noisy fridge. He went above and beyond. So friendly and informative too. Not only did he fix the issue but also another issue that I did not mention when I made the call.

15 year old Samsung side by side fridge. Failure of defrost heater in fridge section. Charlie attended. Came with all the right spare parts. Fix is a bit complicated because the heater element can not be purchased separately but comes with the evaporator coil. Not practicable to fix entire assembly because it requires brazing of refrigerant lines and re-gassing with refrigerant. So the heater element needs to be separated from the new assembly and refitted to the existing evaporator coil, a lot of mucking about (how silly is this!). Charlie has a wealth of product knowledge and the service fee was very reasonable. I am a very happy customer. Phillip.

Our Samsung fridge stopped making ice. A major disaster. After a few stumbles with the Woolley telephone system we organised an appointment today. The window for the appointment was 12 noon to 3 pm. At a little after 12 we received a phone call from Travis and he arrived promptly. With the history given Travis had the necessary parts and within minutes confirmed the problem and he had it fixed within a few more minutes. A clean neat job from a clean neat professional (giant) man. No mess afterwards just a smile and a friendly hand shake to finish the visit. Thanks Travis
