Has anyone else stopped receiving emails from Woolworths rewards ? Usually I get 6 to 8 emails a month but then nothing at all for the last 7 weeks. Ive contacted them and they say to just wait . But I think Ive been unsubscribed from their end. Im curious as to whether this has happened to anyone else.

You should sign in to your account and make sure that all the details are correct. I get "more points!" e-mails from them every couple of days.

I have Dave. They tell me to simply wait for an email. Normally I get 8 emails a month. Since October Ive received none ? Very odd.

With WW not many as I only returned to them 10 days ago.
With another supermarket over 37000 in 6 months, a lot of these being bonus points. They seem to have a far better rewards system than WW

You can order a card through your account just log in & order an additional card i have just done it or enquire at the service desk in store

log on to the web site sign in & activate it i just did mine took under 5 minutes its really quite simple

Why didn’t I receive the correct amount of points earned to my overall current points available. It was just a measly 80 points that was to be added and wasn’t but that’s $80 of loyalty to Woolworths and its reward program and that’s the first time I have double checked my dockets, where I made 2 transactions in approximately 5 minutes apart?

You need to call the rewards line on 1300 101 234 and ask them to add the points for your shop.

hi, the offer was if i spent $150 each week for 4 weeks i would get 20000 points. i have not received my points. what can i do about this. i purposely made bought more than i needed to get the reward. very disappointed. is there anyone i can speak to about this

I have been texted that I have rewardsof 27100 points.as part of the deal the sender (Woolworth) requires my credit card details .other sensitive info is also called for.
Is this genuine Woolworth text.

I have received an email concerning my 27100 points. I am to spend immediately at the rewards shop before they expire. Is this a scam email as they want my credit card details?

I would phone them and ask about the email. If they sent it they will be able to find it on their system. If it's not there it is a scam. I don't think they send anything like this at all. Hope this helps. Regards

Don't waste your life. Their rewards system seems plagued with errors and the frustration dealing with 'monkeys' at the rewards centre is exhausting and not worth the pittens!
Just view your account from their web page and there is no way to tally your spend & expected points and bonus points with their line items. It's alot of mental gymnastics .. not worth it!
