Woolworths and their IT system
Spendt 2.5 hours on the internet trying to delete my mobile phone number on my profile. Eventually had to have a operator do it for me. So much for there NEW IMPROVED IT system!!! IT system kept on locking me out for no apparent reason.

Very disappointed
Big rip l had $10 last year l rolled my points over for an extra year only to find in 12 months of spending $$$ in Woolworths l still have only have $10.00 ?.
I redeem my points next shop only to be told l need to spend $10 to get $10 off my shopping.
Next time l shopped at Woolworths l spent $16 only to be told l need 2,000 points to get $10 off.
From now on l will be shopping at coles. With coles what ever money you earn is yours you don't have to spend money at the supermarket to use your credits shame on you Woolworths.

6 months of no redemptions to Qantas points
The Woolworths rewards line has not fixed an issue where my Woolworths points and not being transferred across to Qantas. 6 months of calls and no results because they are always needing to 'check with IT' but no one rings you back to let you know

Only for people with money - not pensioners
Activated promotion spend $65 per week for 2 weeks. Spend nearly $114.00 the first week. Pension was meant to be 21/12 now 24/12 missing cut off by one day only. Asked for extension of one day - told NO can't be done. Very unfair!!! Not for pensioners at all!!!

Terrible Service
I was sent a promotion offer twice, however, when I went to use it twice I was told it was only available once and it was just a 'technical glitch'. Does not seem right to not honour offers made.

Need a direct email address to Woolworths Customer Serive
Why do big stores want us to shop with them but do not provide an easy way to find an email address to write to their customer service regarding a complaint about their reward card system.

Rip off Offers for on line
I am a reg on line customer bc I can’t get to the store due to health problems. I have just realised 99% of rewards are only valid for in store. They put in tiny writing.

Superior to FlyBuys
Woolworths rewards is actually decent and worth it, unlike FlyBuys. FlyBuys is full of irrelevant offers, whereas woolworths rewards actually gives you relevant offers and decent savings. The $10 off per 1000 points is superior in every way to what Coles has on offer, and they seem to have fixed the issues that all the 1 star reviews from 2015 are complaining about.

Waste of time and energy - Go for Flybuys instead
Worst rewards program. I was sent 2 cards with 2 different numbers and the promotions come on 1 card and then my rewards were applied on another card which didn't help

Activation of Bonus points
I must admit I love my rewards card but I had received an email for a promo receive 4000 points 2000 first week spend over so much I missed the first week but the 2nd week I spent the amount to receive 2000 gave the woman my card to scan ..
Unfortunately I never received my 2000 points very disappointed so I don't chase those promos anymore if I receive an email yes I always activate just in case I need to do a bit more shopping but I won't go out of my way not after that disappointment.

Disappointing
I have found the Woolworths rewards program to be a complete disappointment. I have had flybuys for a long time now and every year receive close to or over $250 in rewards even though I only spend $50 - $120 per week. At Woolworths however I have only received $30 max and that’s a good year. Woolworths rewards don’t offer all the bonus points that Coles does and it can be quite difficult to rack up enough points to save a decent amount of money.

Great savings
Points quickly add up, especially if you activate bonus offers. Card quickly scanned by checkout staff, or you can use your phone to add your rewards card while they scan. $10 off comes off automatically when you reach the required amount.

The Woolworths/Quantas competition is a sham and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
Those products are not free if people don't think to cancel any further deliveries as they certainly will be paying hundreds for something that is suppose to be a gift.
The scam is paying for postage which takes a copy of your credit card details to send more at it's full price!! Seriously!!

Loyalty is rewarding
My loyalty had been rewarded to the sum of over $800 in 2 years. We are a small family of three and my average grocery bill at woolworths is $250. To benefit from the program you need to be loyal and activate the offers. Don't buy things you don't need just to collect points, that's false economy. A little admin has resulted in over $800 in savings.

my bonus rewards has been cut in half since I activated it and had confirmation email
Hi, I entered a recent promotion and was awarded $20 bonus. Last week I did not need much so only bought a few items and the discount was not applied. I have just had an email to say that my bonus is now $10. Where did the other $10 go? It was only 2 weeks ago so surely there is not a time limit to redeem it? Confused and a bit annoyed.

Dodgy rewards
Ive had a Woollies rewards card for 7 yrs, ever since they came out, i shop there every week and show my card. Last week i received a voucher via email for the extreme sum of 40cents to come off my shopping at the checkout.......... lol. I printed this email out and went to woollies and showed the manager and the checkout person and then i cut up my rewards card in front of them and left.

Dodgy bonus point offers - BEWARE
As a Woolworths Reward card holder, you generally receive "bonus" offers where if you spend a certain amount over a certain period of time (usually 4 weeks, or sometimes only 2 weeks), you get additional point bonuses. Recently I was participated in one of their offerings, and got to week 4 - presented my card to the cashier, who swiped it on the scanner (heard a beep) and spent the necessary amount to 'qualify' for the fourth week (from memory over $150). However upon exiting the store, I noticed the shopping document did not have a record o...Read more
f my Rewards card. I went straight back to the cashier and store manager, who offered no help other than to say you need to ring the Rewards help line - so first example of poor customer service, as they made no real effort to investigate or assist. I then rang the Rewards helpline, who frankly were worse - they basically said that as the card didn't register, I would have to spend the required amount again otherwise I wouldn't qualify for the bonus offer - even though it was their system that failed! So basically they are saying when they have a choice between believing a long-term customer, or saving themselves a few dollars on having to give out bonus points, they'll protect their bottom line every time. And their call centre staff clearly knew they could adopt an arrogant tone, and just didn't care. Thankfully I have a Coles nearby, and will now frequent them - bad customer service always loses customers, and I hope others find this experience an important reminder of how Woolworths views it customers.Similar opinion? Extremely disappointing experience
Spent over $50 for 4 weeks to receive 10,000 bonus points but did not receive the points. Rang Woolworths to check the reason and were told it was because in ONE of the weeks we bought Skype cards which are categorized as "gift cards" and are not allowed in the conditions. We felt mislead as Skype cards are not gift cards and the conditions do not mention Skype cards at all in fine print. We would not have bought the Skype cards if we knew they were excluded in the promotion. When we talked to Woolworths customer care the lady was quite abrupt ...Read more
and admitted the conditions were not clear but would not give us the 10,000 points we deserved. She brushed us off and closed the complaint with 2,000 points which she called a goodwill gesture. Even though I did not fully agree they were adamant it is the end of the matter. A big company such as Woolworths should have better customer service and accept their mistakes and not punish the customer who loyally shopped at Woolworths for 4 weeks instead of Coles. Extremely disappointing experience!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
