This company is a mess
Texting did not work. I believe they overcharged me for time. I did what I thought was 41 cents of calls according to their advertised rates and was billed $2. They promised 2-4 days delivery and it was 2 weeks. Repeated attempts via email, phone, and chat trying to find out what was happening with my order got absolutely nowhere on. I had my credit card company cancel payment, and I'm not using the card. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The world's worst provider of services
I purchased World Sim and bought their product as we were travelling to the USA and Canada. They promised us a lot and did not deliver - They did not activate the SIM despite promising to do so before we left Sydney. Tried again in Vancouver and again after spending an hour on the phone with them they could not activate the services - they had the temerity to tell us that this call would also be charged against our allowance. Through out our entire trip the SIM did not work. On return to Sydney I requested a refund - after many days of continuous follow up they returned 80% of the money paid. Never use WORLD SIM - they are the worst - bad product and terrible service.

You had purchased 2 Data Sim Cards out of which 1 had been successfully used on 06-Nov-17 for the first time. The sim card was used continuously till 11-Feb-18 23:59 UTC. The second number was never inserted in any device or registered on any network. Here is the feedback from our higher department regarding the actions taken for both the sim cards : 1. Every routers need to configure manual APN Settings to use data. In our case the APN is "mobiledata". Despite our several instructions you never configured APN settings manually in your device. 2. You need to follow up. It is not a fraud. Possibly its customer service needs to be better like a lot of companies who deal with a large number of small transactions. I have my Sim (March 2020), it works a treat, all good.
