Phone is functioning with most services but my text/SMS service is working with only a couple of friends. Its not really a problem since I am using FB messenger and whatsapp for these services. Everything else is fine. My texting issue has been resolved and is reflected in my new rating

I bought this for my parents traveling from India to USA and it is working well for them for their overseas usage. I wish I knew about this product earlier so that i could have made my previous travels hassle free.

I bought the sim from one [name removed] delhi days before my trip to istanbul on 13th. Called him several times for help. said no problem. From 13th to date ie 15th no data no internet..called this guy no help or respond. Got a call from uk ..no respond. Wrote a mail, no respond. Just using it for calls...really hopeless no support even at Mumbai airport.
No confirmation on money refund.
Avoid WORLD SIM...card if you do not want to spoil your holiday.

Texting did not work. I believe they overcharged me for time. I did what I thought was 41 cents of calls according to their advertised rates and was billed $2. They promised 2-4 days delivery and it was 2 weeks. Repeated attempts via email, phone, and chat trying to find out what was happening with my order got absolutely nowhere on. I had my credit card company cancel payment, and I'm not using the card. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They provide corporate accounts where service is managed easier and have centralised control of the SIM Cards. Harris one of the helpful management team which looks after it's clients and provide solutions quickly. If you have a business with multiple SIM Cards ask to have a corporate account as it is more manageable.

They are always available for service and find a solution. I've chat with them and they are there to help. I will continue doing business with WorldSIM in the future

I purchased World Sim and bought their product as we were travelling to the USA and Canada. They promised us a lot and did not deliver - They did not activate the SIM despite promising to do so before we left Sydney. Tried again in Vancouver and again after spending an hour on the phone with them they could not activate the services - they had the temerity to tell us that this call would also be charged against our allowance. Through out our entire trip the SIM did not work. On return to Sydney I requested a refund - after many days of continuous follow up they returned 80% of the money paid. Never use WORLD SIM - they are the worst - bad product and terrible service.

Great service, stayed with the issue through to resolution, even when there was a few challenges! Much appreciated for the effort - which all too often is missing these days!

Topped 30usd in Venice. In 12 hours, credit was only 5usd only with data for occasional messenger, fb and viber. Great!! Had a chat with world sim and told to have 15+usd but my sim was blocked since only .02 was left. Advised to reinstall the sim. Sim reinstalled another person get my chat and told me my balance was only.02. GREAT!! Don't which is which.

WorldSim is truly world class and can be easily installed on any mobile phone without much hassle.
The Prepaid plans for voice as well as data are quite reasonable and you can access your account online anywhere.

While in Panama, someone broke into my car. They took a book bag which had my technology including a portable wifi device with my Claro SIM (local). I found WorldSIM through a Google search. I ordered a new device on a Sunday, even though I was a bit skeptical. Product delivered on Thursday from Europe! Amazing. In the interim, I received a new SIM. Took the Sim, put it in and Vuala! It worked. Being I need portable wifi working down here, this was an amazing turnaround. Local malls are not helpful for these sort of things.

I used WorldSIM for my travel to Greece and France and it very conveniently connected to the local network even before the airplane stopped. Additionally, i do not faced any problems in network signals or calls. I like the feature of free incoming messages and calls in many countries. I hope they will launch a phone app as well to manage account on the phone.
