You need to follow up. It is not a fraud. Possibly its customer service needs to be better like a lot of companies who deal with a large number of small transactions. I have my Sim (March 2020), it works a treat, all good.

I have never tried it but I assume it will not work since it needs cellular network which does not exist on a cruise ship
There is a cellular network but it is provided by a satellite link and unless you have a contract with them I think it it would be expensive. Maybe your company can investigate this as there is a big market out there.

Yes it does change automatically when it sees different carriers as it moves from country to country. If you are near to 2 different countries, as signal strengths change, you might even switch country carriers.

I have a worldSim Card and WorldSim Duet but cannot seem to get it to work. I have successfully registered the card. Installed the software My "Morecard" on my Android Phone & on using the latter noted that it says"connected" but bluetooth not activated. So going to "settings" I found that the card is already paired via bluetooth but it cannot be connected under this "settings" section. I tried to link it many times but there is no response to "link" ithe card when I tried doing it under this "settings" section. What can I do now? Thanks for your help
