You can only use hotel wifi or Cuba telecoms own wifi data services (go to a telecoms office with your passport, buy a ticket that links data usage to your passport, use within range of the wifi towers on top of their offices only. Easy to spot - that's where all the teenagers are!) No other data services are available.

I bought my package of both Data SIM with router and voice SIM and have traveled to the US, through Amsterdam, Nairobi, Uganda and Bangui, Central African Republic and cannot get either to work at all. I followed the instructions and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

No your probablydoing nothing wrong. Contact WorldSIM, i had to turn equipment off remove Sim severals times. Put phone back on with phone searching for Provider. May have to leave on for 20 minutes.
Ring them & getfull instructions sent out & the order to do everything in

No, this is not possible. You first have to pruchsae the WorldSim card. When you activate it you have your UK number laready available. If you travel to the US then you have to activate your Sim to use the US number.

I bought phone, SIM card and adapter, paid extra cost to have it here for my trip. No phone received. Invoice noted only SIM card and adapter. I have called numerous times sent numerous emails and have had a chat with no resolution . I have demanded my money returned for the phone purchased and no response . I see a number of other people have been scammed also this company should be shut down because they are criminals and stealing from people . I'm not done yet I will call authorities and make international calls this is ridiculous !
