Breaks easily
The construction leaves a lot to be desired. The arm has broken in 2 places even though it was not roughly used. Could fix the first break and even after a month and being careful when putting on and taking off it broke at another spot. Sound was quite OK but not much good when you can't wear them.
Used only in the motorhome so hardly used because of Covid
It really is not fit for purpose.

JB HiFi - XCD products are crap
XCD Bluetooth headphones bought from JB HiFi.
Sound OK, seemingly good $ value, look nice.
However! Broken left arm within a few uses and right arm about to break too.
JB HiFi not helpful at all. No wonder they don't stock them anymore!
We've been deceived by a company that is trusted to select quality products.

Broken arm. My poor son thought it was his fault. He was devastated.
Left arm broken. Honestly thought my son wasn't careful enough but now can see its not his fault. Was a Christmas present. Not happy. They also hurt his ears and he is 8yrs old, so sizing is not great.

Broken too
Same broken arm at the joint. Only lasted six weeks, should get longer than that. Disappointing as than we’re a birthday present. Won’t be buying Another XCD product anytime soon.

Do not buy these
I purchased two of these headsets form JB HiFi on 27 May 20 and both snapped on the left hand arm, in exactly the same place. JB refuse to give a refund or anything and said that this has never happened before. They obviously have not read the reviews below. The headphones sound is not too bad, however the quality and strength is terrible and this is a waste of money. Keep away and do not buy this brand.

Horrible
The headphones quality is alright and the 13 hour battery life is great. But they should last more than 4 weeks before breaking. The don't stretch that much and they need to be mad of something stronger than cheap plastics at the joints. They aren't that comfortable and they burn my ears. The charging cord also needs to be longer and the product doesn't come with a plug so i can't charge my headphones and phone at the same time witch got really annoying when they were both dead.

Worst purchase.
These headphone are of poor quality. They snap within a few weeks. We have exchanged them and again they snapped. We purchased 3 of them and have exchanged them twice.

2nd set broken in 2 weeks
I wanted a set of headphones to use at work. But 4 weeks later, the housing broke. A replacement set, 2 weeks and now these have broken in the exact same place.
I will be asking for my money back now, no more XCD.

Failed after 1 month.
Sounds ok, but plastic build quality poor and the plastic around headband split leaving ear cup hanging.
JB HiFi would not replace so if you buy one, get it from somewhere with a decent returns policy.

Fits my ear comfortably.
It fits my ear perfectly, it has a foldable arm which is easier for me to put into my little bag, the sound quality is pretty good with a really powerful and strong bass which motivates me to do my work, there’s completely no wire which makes me feel so comfy and best for going to gym or just go running.

Good value for the price
My laptop is on the lounge room coffee table and headphones are a must to avoid annoying other people. Unfortunately my two dogs love tripping over the headphone cable and have destroyed several pairs of wired headphones because of it.
I picked up these headphones at JB HiFi for $44.95.
At this price, I wasn't expecting miracles and I didn't get any. What I got was a nicely packaged pair of headphones. The build quality seems good. They're reasonably comfortable and connecting via Bluetooth was straightforward.
The sound quality is.......
Read more... Acceptable. They're not going to set the world on fire. After half an hour or so, I started looking for EQ settings to tweak the sound a little. They have mediocre bass response. Perhaps a little on the muddy side. Mids are acceptably midish. Top end is a little weak. On the whole, exactly what you'd expect for the price. If you've got a better budget, go for something a little further up the pile, but if like me, you've got better things to do with your money. These will do the job just fine.- Date Purchased

After living with these for a month, I'm going to take of half a star for the terrible battery life.
