Your best bet is to checkout Ebay! The other option is to buy a power bank to recharge the lithium battery to its full capacity from when you 1st bought it. Im not sure where you can buy these? You will have to do your homework and google a power bank that recharges lithium batteries. Also the manufacturer no longer makes these batteries anymore.

Hi Gwyn, Great bike I enjoyed immensely! Unfortunately I had the same problem locating spare parts to replace. Your best bet is to go on ebay and look for spare parts for this model biike. The other option is to do a google search on the make and model of the bike and the manufacturers name is on the manual. I had a look to replace battery but no luck. Its a Chinese manufacturer and when I last looked they did not have the parts for this model. Also check on ebay. Hope this answers your question.

Hi, My charger came with the bike and I still have it - I have not had to replace it so I'm afraid I cannot answer that one - I apologise.

Good Question as I am having the same problem myself. Not so easy to chase up the battery as I have looked on Ebay and
there isnt any batterys that I can see that are of the same voltage. Goodluck and let me know if you manage to find one. Your
only other bet is to go to an Electric bike shop and ask them to order you one. Geenie17

I have had one of these for about three years and found it to be quite adequate for the purpose intended. However, now when I attempt to charge it, the battery and charger both get quite hot and the red light on the charger doesn't change to green. I'm assuming either the battery or charger have come to the end of their useful life. Has anyone else had this experience or could shed some light on my problem please? Thanks in advance. Cheers, John Guerin.

Hi John,
Yes I too have had this problem. Unfortunately the Batterys only last for 2-3 years. Your best bet is to go to an
electric bike shop and ask them to check it for you, so at least then you know if its the charger that needs replacing
or the battery. However I personally believe it is the battery that has come to an end of its life. Hope you get it
sorted and if you find out what the problem is, please let me know. Cheers

Greenie17. Problem solved. Opened battery casing up to find batteries swollen and visually in poor condition. Purchased new batteries and an "intelligent charger", ie, one that won't overcharge and "cook" the batteries if left on after charging complete. Only issue is I think the AH on new batteries is lower so they won't stay charged as long. Cheers, JG...
