I've just placed a preorder through Zing Pop Culture using zippay. Looking at my balance, the order total will exceed my remaining funds in my zip account. What happens when this preorder processes? From my experience depending on what bank you pay with it can take up to two business days to clear. If you say have zippay money come out on a Friday it should clear by Wednesday. Hope this helps.

Once a purchase has been made the order will clear instantly, Orders that are pending are waiting to be accepted by the merchant, alternatively, the order may stay pending until you receive the items. The Order will remain pending so Zip does not charge the customer for the order until the items are received.

Hi Ryan, Yes you only have to pay a minimum of $40 per month but as long as you have an outstanding balance you will be charged a monthly fee of $6, which to me is no big deal.

This is incorrect. I have called department of transport and they have said we are unable to pay via Zippay. When I enter the biller code and reference number on my zip account it says you are unable to pay to that biller. When I called Zip, I was told that the payee was down for maintenance which I find hard to believe, and as confirmed by depart. of transport - you are unable to pay via Zippay in Queensland

No they do not pay rego or credit cards I know because I tried but I went into the web site and it tells you but if you look on your rego it has no where for b pay nd that is what zip pay uses you also cannot purchase your green slip with zip pay but insurance does not do b pay for cars hope this helps

When paying for your registration using Zip it is essential you put the amount of the bill in first before the reference number, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Online: at checkout, you will be directed to add a credit or debit card to pay the excess amount, if your order exceeds your available funds.
In-Store: the merchant will process the order as usual for the full amount on the order. After entering the SMS code provided by the merchant you will be directed to make a co-payment with your card to cover the excess amount.
Alternatively, you can make a payment on your account with the additional funds for the purchase.

If it is in store you can usually so spilt payments with Zip. Tried it at Toyworld and Target. Online split payments arent usually possible though
