i have purchased over $800 worth of items on the 15/12/19 and my order says pending i am unsure what that means can you help clarify that message please?

Once a purchase has been made the order will clear instantly, Orders that are pending are waiting to be accepted by the merchant, alternatively, the order may stay pending until you receive the items. The Order will remain pending so Zip does not charge the customer for the order until the items are received.

I think everyone would like to know when this unscheduled maintenance on the area of paying Queensland regos will be sorted!! Its been going on for at least two weeks now and its pretty ridiculous considering you advertise it everyone as an option!

Im dont think so Wendy but if you go on their website you will see what you can use it for. Zipmoney is different to Zip pay and is like a small loan so you may be able to do it they way.

When will this be "fixed" went to attempt to pay my registration this morning & i got this "Sorry, we don't accept payments to this biller." & it's not because its within the 3 day time limit either its not due until christmas day. So when will it be fixed?

Hi Zippay, I have been attempting to pay qld rego by zippay now for over a week. It is now putting my payment into the range of 3 days before due. Will this issue be discarded once you are over your unscheduled maintenance issue and allow for my rego to be paid? susique

Do you have a time frame for when car Rego will be available again for payment via zip pay ? I know theres an issue now but will it be 1 day, 1 week, 1 month ? Just being Christmas season would be nice to know and plan ! Thanks.

HI Claire, i payed mine last month as soon as i had received it with no issues, i was thinking since its near Christmas they maybe had a heap of people online at once, also this was one of there guidelines:
(Unfortunately, for registration bills, we are unable to accept bills that are either overdue or due to be paid within three business days.)

also remember there is a small payment processing fee of 1.5% per bill.

I would suggest if you are having issues call or email as they are pretty good to talk to :) hope that helps

Thanks for this ! Mine isnt due for about 10 days so I dont think thats the issue. Being Christmas time and so busy thats def a probable cause.... just wish they would sort it or let us know ! Thanks for taking time to write and Ill give them a call :)
