Our zodiac t3 keeps breaking diaphragms . It is two years old so no warrantee. Our local pool shop have replaced 3, Two for free but will not replace any more . If it is a suction issue how can you lower the suction beyond the lowest position ?

I just bought a Zodiac T3 and the hose is sucking air so that the cartridge filter is not filtering. Had almost cleared the green issue in the pool and went to clean the bottom . When I got home from work the stuff was in suspension in the water again. Is there a way to seal the joints?

Like 99% of your reviewers, I think this product is an absolute waste of money. In three years I have spent more money on replacing faulty and poorly manufactured diaphragms than the cost of the pool cleaner. I have to replace diaphragms at least every two to three months. What a disgrace and rip off. How can you put a heat stamp on a piece of rubber so that it is barely a couple of microns thick and expect it not to tear? Where did you find your design engineers? It is total common sense not to mess with integrity of the material so causing a weak spot. Or is this how you make your money? Perhaps this is intentionally poor design so the diaphragm breaks after two months. I will NEVER purchase another zodiac product or recommend them to any one. You have all this negative feedback and have done absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. This is verging on criminal. An absolute disgrace.

We have had the same issue time and time agaib, wgen will Zodiac fix a problem that they have known about for years?
They seem reluctant to fix a simple problem obviously because it is a money spinner for them. Purchase a better quality product at a quarter of the price on line from China. Alternatively, dump zodiac and buy another brand.

I have a T3 cleaner working fine does a good job, less than 2 yrs old, and the hose ends are splitting where they twist together, it appears to be where it connects the the valve in the skimmer box. whats going on ?

My zodiac t3 does a great job but it always seems to not do alot of the shallow area. My main concern is that it's somehow stopped sucking. I've checked everything possible could it be I need a new diaphragm for it?

I had a G2 for a few years and spent a lot of money on diaphragms and hoses and the like, I have just purchased Zodiac T3 with the twist lock hose and bought extra hoses and it just twists itself onto a knot no matter how I adjust it or twist it or all the settings, nearly ready to bin i, I am a boat builder and have a pretty reasonable approach to solving probs but ready to bin this one

Yeah likewise, had a Barracuda Super G for nearly twenty years. Compatible hoses could be picked up cheap, even at Bunnings, and diaphrams $5 online not $30 like they are for T3. Also had your problem with hoses strangling themselves this was after having T3 less than a month, was told its because they have a memory!! Eventually stopped tangling up just had to keep changing lengths around and making sure suction was set right. Too much mucking around compared to old Barracuda.

Hi we’ve just bought a house with a t3 in the pool and seems to working better since the diaphragm has been replaced but it seems to be falling off the wall have I set up wrong has plenty of hose to reach the other end please help.

I have had a Zodiac T3 for many years. I typically do not worry about the cleaner getting up on the walls because I brush the walls .
The zodiac does a great job on the bottom of my pool.

We recently bought the Zodiac T3 and everything is working well except for the wheel deflector which gets caught on the ladder/steps. Is there any way the wheel can be removed, hose connected directly to the cleaner body and still work properly?

What is the purpose of the hose weight and how do I determine the proper location?

I do not know the purpose, but try calling Zodiac or search Google some one might have the answer, I normally places it near the suction head as was given to me with my first pre-installed one in the Pool. I presume it just add a bit of weight to help in keeping the hose under water relative to the other part of the hose.

Zodiac T3 runs round the walls like a chicken with its head chopped off for 10 minutes and then goes back to point were the flex pipes connect to the in-ground system & stays there until I move it - pressure is at 3 like manual states
