They kept saying it’s one of the top dating apps but it’s not user friendly and I’ve never seen such poor quality men. The app itself has bugs and doesn’t work properly. Most guys on it are pushy weirdoes and scary looking. If you’re not interested and don’t respond they start harassing you for a response. Worst part is they can see when you’re online so you get harassed more. I’ve never blocked so many people before but some are truly scary. Made me nauseous. Also there is no proper algorithm it’s crap! I’ve deleted it and asked for a refund. I’ve tried other apps and never been harassed like this by a bunch of sleazy losers. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money!

Gotta buy a subscription to make contact with someone, that’s fair enough. But if that person doesn’t have a subscription they can’t reply.
Then add the fake profiles and duplicate profiles with same pictures

One has to subscribe to read messages and subscribe to send messages. Your messages may never get read because the other party won't subscribe. Too many areas where they want your money! Very poor selection and have to winder how many profiles are fake.

Terrible experience. Outdated interface and very low quality women who never reply to msgs. If you want to find a jaded, middle-aged woman with kids and a long list of boxes to tick, then zoosk is the place for you.

Zoosk constantly send false 'Views' and they choose 'Matches' that I would NEVER select!
They also select an inappropriate age group that you must manually change/override whenever you want to search for your match. Their choice is NOT my choice.
Zoosk also have useless features such as 'SmartPick' and 'Carousel' where they offer mostly inappropriate choices, but if in the unlikely chance that there is a possible genuine match there is actually little possibility of contacting the other person, particularly with their SmartPick.
If you need help, they offer up endless possible queries/answers but it is very hard to try to actually message them. No 'Contact Us' on their site. You need to Google a way to contact them.

The technology is poor, non-current, slow server response and has multiple charging layers. It plays matching games that aren't appropriate to your age or location selection. It doesn't offer sufficient searching parameters nor filters. I don't recommend Zoosk, I'm sure there's better on the market.

I would like to reiterate that Zoosk uses dormant accounts to inflate its numbers and make it appear as though there a more people using the app than there really is. Secondly, requests to pause your account do not equate to an extension to the expiry date of your subscription. Don't waste your time and money on Zoosk, there are much better apps like tinder and bumble that you can use for free.

In the last 3 months I’ve sent messages to over 50 women +/- 5yrs from me yet not a single reply. I’ve long suspected there are fake accounts and/or expired accounts that Zoosk doesn’t remove because this falsely inflates their numbers. This suspicion was confirmed when I discovered a friend on here one year after she deleted her account. She had to write to them and threaten action unless they removed her profile. I dated a woman through another App who had the same experience. Dating Apps should take more responsibility and a better ethical position because their custome base is predominantly lonely and potentially vulnerable people.

Once they have your credit card . They help themselves to it .
Months after you have canceled and unsubscribed. With no profile, no photos and no description on file.
Then they bombard you with loads of fabricated messages to justify stealing your money.

I thought I found a few people who I would be interested in messaging. No replies from any of them.

- Low numbers of people on the platform.
- Most people don't bother filling out their profile, so you have almost zero to go by.
- Need to pay EXTRA after joining premium membership, just to have them be able to reply!!
- Incredibly expensive.
- Website slow and clunky.

Have installed Add Blocker and stopped 500 adds appearing on ZOOSK in 7 minutes !!!!

Its not a dating but advertising site, just check names of places they use for "PHOTOS" and not one photo of place people live in ?????

This site is terrible. Its computer generated with the same top picks coming up over and over again. No messages or acknologment ever returned unless you keep paying for upgrades. Go to a Bar and meet people. Don't waste your money and time.

They took my money quickly and after waiting a week still not able to reply to ladies listed....so frustrating and can’t understand why this review wants to use 30 words when it can be said less

I stupidly paid for a 6 months subscription.. people do not respond and I suspect a lot of profiles are automated bots of old profiles to make you think there is more selection that there is. nobody meets. Any that are real and who rarely respond never meet... Meanwhile, on TINDER which I don't pay for I have had numerous meets... I still have paid until May but I am so fed up with this site wasting my time that I deactivated it. They also change your story even when there is no breach to terms... if you make any comment that refers to the site's lack or response, they will refuse it... they are crooks, stay away, go to TINDER and save your money

-> Web server\app is cheap and nasty with bugs.
-> The subscription system is a rip off and the they expect you to pay twice with the purchase of or coins.
-> I’ve had a lot of issues with this site and it’s incompetent help\support Who mostly seem ignorant.
-> I was promised a refund 6+ Weeks & still haven’t received it.
There’s a lot better sites to invest your time and money.

Joined few days ago for a serious relationship “hopefully” I have been bombarded with views and messages( big red flag) but I was in hope that a big website with millions of users should have some genuine users

And fall into that trap, after paid for a month I found out that 90% are bots, scam artist, the management if Zoosk clearly see this but they don’t just care as it looks beneficial for them or “they are behind it”

So please stay away!

This site is not worth the money
Very little correspondence and minimal views .. tried it for a month and had only a few contacts which didn’t fit my criteria
Best try another site and

Lots of fake profiles, seemed to have a lot of very old men. Those that were younger seemed to play the field, want secret meet ups or want out of the norm times......

I joined without reading any reviews first. That was a mistake. I had quite a few contacts from beautiful women with only 1 photo. They did not even look at my profile! When I replied, no responses whatsoever. I think there are lots of fake profiles just to get you to join and pay. Auto renewal is not good in my opinion. I cancelled my credit card after deleting my account with Zoosk to make sure they could not charge me again. :(

What I don’t like is that you cannot read a message from a paying customer. I have somebody I’m interested in but I have to pay to read his message and write back it is a joke. I have already paid for a three month subscription. RSVP allow you to read all messages from a paying customer. I refuse to pay again to read messages.

The platform is actually pretty poor. How many times do you need to say you’re not interested in someone before Zoosk gets the picture? In general not great not bad, just average.

I joined a few days ago, put in my desired age range etc...this program ignores all of that. I upgraded to a supposed 'choose who sees you" it ignores that too. I have tried to remove so many unsavory looking men and it still keeps them popping up in my search. which means they can see me as well. .. up to 10 years over my selected age range...what!!!
With RSVP at least you can hide or block people you dont want to see or who you dont want to see you.
I will only hang out here until the month is up and then will get the heck off it. or maybe even before..!!

There is no contact us to make a complaint either. way less than satisfactory i feel.

This site is a total scam, filled with fake women and profiles. They use photos of models and women who do not even know they have a profile on this site. Then send you lots of messages that you cannot open because you have to pay to be a member to open message !!! They say women have been looking at your profile but it is fake, we tested this not once did we ever loom at the person profile but Zoosk continually said on my profile that they look at it, just to make me join and pay them for a profile that does not exist.

I recently joined Zoosk looking to meet women btw 50-60yrs.
Initially I received replies from lots of women in the first few days. I began texting online and things appeared to be progressing well.
However in some cases the chat just stopped, and in other cases the English deteriorated substantially, and it was obvious that I was talking to someone either in the Philippines or from Indonesia ! I set a trap by asking specifics of where they were supposed to be from and the text ended abruptly or it was ignored completely.
