The BEST night's sleep I've ever had.
Firstly I was amazed by the compact size of the vacuum-packed mattress which made it a lot easier to move than a full queen-sized mattress, and upon opening the package it expanded to full-size in no time at all.
The quality is apparent and I have suffered chronic back pain and associated problems since 2006-2007, when a serious rib infection had caused me to involuntarily twist my spine for some years until the problem was finally diagnosed and corrected by surgery.

LOVE the mattress - sleep has truly improved!
When we first found the listing for this Euro Top mattress online, we were sceptical that it could be as comfortable as claimed, especially for the price point offered. However, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We have found it to be incredibly comfortable, firm springs with a soft euro top. It has honestly improved our sleep quality significantly. d can't but I'm not quite sure that is the bed's fault haha. It easily fits our inexpensive sheets from KMart, they stretch right over the sides with no problem. We wanted to buy an additional one for my parents, but unfortunately Zzz Atelier does not deliver to Regional Queensland as yet. We do not usually review products, however we have noticed reviews online that are clearly not genuine. If you are thinking about purchasing this mattress, do it, you won't regret it. Even the way in which the mattress is packaged is quite amazing. My husband was particularly impressed, enough to further research on YouTube how mattresses could pack so small. Delivery was extremely prompt, I believe we received the mattress within a day or two of ordering. Can't believe how good this mattress is
It is almost a year now since I invested in this mattress and still very glad I made the right choice. The price and comfort that it brings is unbelievable. Having 2 bad experiences in the past with online mattresses, which all seem to deliver poor support, I almost gave up and nearly decided to purchase the thousand dollar mattress from big brand. nitely on the firmer side but OHHH so comfortable at the same time. Motion isolation is fantastic. My husband who previously complained about my nocturnal gyrations now gladly advises he is finally enjoying restful nights. More importantly, I am finally getting great support and back pain is gone! Now I wake up fresh and energised everyday. I waited a year before writing this review as I wanted to know if the mattress would fail in a couple of months (like those I bought in the past). It has not disappointed me to date. One year on and every night is still being like we have laid on it for the first time. This is definitely a solid piece of furniture. The only downside is that the mattress is heavy and very deep, but this is a very small price to pay for the comfort and support. If you are still shopping around, take my advice and don't bother. This is THE best online mattress I have ever laid on. It's more than a class above common online mattresses and is as good as the thousand dollar mattresses in mattress shops.Similar opinion? Excellent but...
Purchased on EBay, this was a bargain seriously. Initial problem though was that it was too firm. I started sleeping on it (for the 1st month) with a number of pillows propping me up. After that I found it had softened slightly (& perhaps because my body has gotten used to it) & now I find it extremely comfortable. The quality and value for money is unbelievable. ecause I can't even lift the corner. Maybe this is normal for these high end (?!) mattresses but I'm not used to it. Would and have recommended it to friends, but they all think I'm bat crap crazy for thinking my $300 Q/S mattress is any good! Oh, the courier that delivered it was extremely rude (but I know it was a courier company and not related to Atelier so just ignored him). He didn't even speak he just grunted! All in all I now love this mattress and the price was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. Just don't tell your friends because they won't believe you!1 comment

Fantastic Mattress at an Incredible price
I was very sceptical about purchasing a mattress online. At this price point I felt it was worth the gamble . I read a lot of reviews and purchased 2 mattresses. The mattress is slightly firmer than our previous mattress and it took a few days to get used to, but now I dont think I can sleep on any other mattress. Fantastic quality at a incredible price. I can honestly say that this mattress would give those $2000+ mattresses a run for their money at a fraction of the price .

The moment we installed the mattress we were totally surprised with the quality of their mattress. We had best night sleep since then as the mattress is comfortable and yet still firm & supportive enough for good posture. I can't recommend this mattress enough!
Buying from Ebay I was a little concerned in not being able to test the mattress. However I called the company and Brian from the Flemington warehouse was more than happy for me to come test the sample mattress at the factory. He was lovely and very informative, some of the best customer service!
If that wasn't good enough, I got the mattress home and LOVE IT! I've had no issues whatsoever, it's incredibly comfortable and honestly feels exactly like one of the big name mattresses I was looking at but at a 1/3 of the price!
Great mattress and great customer service! I doubt anyone would regret this decision!

Love it
Bought this bed after doing the rounds of retailers. Decided the price was so good that we couldn't go past it. When the mattress arrived, we followed the directions and waited 24 hours to sleep on it. Love this mattress and sleep beautifully in it every night. So glad we made this purchase and have no regrets at all. Great value for money

Great Mattress
I purchased the Queen Chiropractic mattress and couldn't be happier. I went to a retail store and they immediately tried to upsell to me, basically telling me that anything under $1,000 was rubbish. I was very hesitant at first, but am so glad that I purchased from zzz Atelier.

Got mattress within 3 business days after a 500 km travel.
Great mattress quality, firm as ordered, came in vacuum packaging which was amazing coz it fitted easily into my car and also especially after the mattress self inflated when unpacked. For just over $300, I am glad I took the chance on this mattress and will be buying my future mattresses from these guys. Well done.

High quality mattress
Over the course of time I have purchased several online mattresses. I have found Zzz Atelier mattress to come out as the clear winner in terms of quality and longevity, truly matching the $2000 - $3000 mattresses in brick and mortar shops. Many online rolled mattresses have weak edges and sag within months, but the Chiropedic black label which I have got is now more than 1 year old and still as sturdy, supportive and comfortable as day one. I have purchased 3 mattresses from these guys and would have no reservation to recommend them to anyone.

We had the mattress for 6 months now and the sleeping experience is extremely good as well as my back pain has gone away and I hardly feel movement of my wife during sleep. We also purchased a lower spec comfort series mattress from them for our guest rooms and friends which we have hosted had spoke highly on their sleeping experience. Quality at a great price.
This mattress comfort & support has far exceeded my expectations. I can not fault the mattress in regards to quality. It is now 7 months old and still looks and feels as good as the first day we used it. Do not be fooled by some of the advertising and marketing of other companies. I have no problems recommending this particular mattress.

This is a fantastic matress. Arrived 2 days early than the ETA as a vacccume packed box. I was bit worried since i bought it against my wifs approval. But the risky move paid off that night.
This is a medium firm mattress. Has firm 5 zone springs and a high density soft top. Great if you have lower back pain or spinal curve.

I suffer from Sacroiliac Joint issues and normally require a mattress with very good spinal support to avoid back pain. 300 mattress, all I wanted was a stop gap solution. When I first slept on this mattress I was thoroughly impressed! The support and comfort it delivers is comparable to the Sealy I tested in every way, a mattress which costs 10 times its price!! The spring layer is definitely on the firm side, but its euro top layer provides more than enough comfort. So supportive and so comfortable at the same time. exactly what I was looking for! Fabric is soft and luxurious. The common complaint of weak edges for rolled mattress is non-existent. The "EdgePlus" edge support which they advertise seems to be doing its job. I can sleep on the very edge of the mattress without any problem (80kg male). I can't believe how these guys can manufacture a mattress of such high end quality at literally rock bottom price. I have since then purchased another 8 mattresses from them for my Airbnb rental properties. Also decided to call Snooze to cancel my order of the Sealy mattress. w one. This is due to "memory imprint", essentially our body remembering the surface which we previously slept on and our muscles adjusted to that. We are very glad that you are now in love with your new mattress. We're also very sorry that the weight of the mattress has been a bit of a hassle for you, unfortunately it is a "feature" of the mattress which we cannot avoid. In order to pack enough high quality steel spring into the mattress to deliver the correct support, the weight of the mattress would invariably become heavy.
