AMAZING! Best purchase I've ever made!
This is the best mattress I have ever used, and I am no longer dealing with the back pain I was previously getting with my old mattress not from this seller. It was deleivered incredibly fast. I honestly cannot fault this business, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Absolutely amazing!

Absolute bang for buck
This is the second best mattress I have purchase in terms of quality, but it is no doubt the best when value for money factor is considered. The other mattress we have bought for myself is a King Koil Chiro Comfort Premium, which we paid over $3000 for. Zzz Chiropedic Black Label was meant to be a cheap solution for my guest room, but it ended up giving us serious doubt if our $3000 is well spent on King Koil. if one is more supportive or comfortable then the other. My hubby, who advocated to spend the $3000, insists King Koil is a bit more comfortable, although he admitted the difference is very marginal. Personally I think it is just placebo effect and the psychological need for him to justify the price tag. The King Koil features enclosed foam edge to maximise sleep surface. Zzz does not feature the same, but instead substitute it with stronger and more durable spring zones on the sides. Upon testing this seems to be true. When we sleep on the edges, both mattresses seem to provide excellent support without breaking a sweat. The key difference seem to be weight limit. King Koil claims to provide total support even if you are heavier than 120kg, Zzz puts a limit on optimal support at 120kg. As both of us weight below 120kg, we have no way to put this to test. When price is considered, this is where Zzz shines. The marginal difference simply cannot justify a price tag 10 times more expensive. If we were to start our mattress shopping all over again I will no doubt ditch King Koil and go straight for Zzz. After all, this humble $300 mattress outperforms all our previous mattresses several times its price. This is a very well made product. Highly recommended.

The best mattress I've ever slept on.
Over the last 2 years I've had massive issues sleeping - snoring, aching, waking up feeling incredibly fatigued and unmotivated etc. I've honestly not felt myself for so long and didn't even connect the dots that it was due to the crap mattress my ex girlfriend had. There are a number of mattresses that stood out online and Zzz Atelier was the one with the most features. It had great reviews and is made in Australia. the Chiro Black. It's soft but firm. The best for your back. So supportive. They say that it takes 7 days for your mattress to resume it's proper shape. Each night it got better and better. I'm never buying another mattress from a store. I've told my friends to buy Zzz Atelier as they are Australian made and have a range of mattresses that suit every budget. bought it. Initially I thought it was a dud ad as I haven't seen a latex mattress at such a great price so was a little skeptical. I was also diagnosed recently with cancer so this is what attracted me to a latex mattress but didn't think I'd get one that also alleviated my back pain. I tell everyone and anyone about this mattress and honestly, if you are looking at buying a new mattress, you don't need to go past this one. It is the most economical, comfy, warm mattress you will find and believe me I have been looking for a while and unless you wanted to pay over $1000, there was nothing out there, I know I sound like I work for the place and getting a commission, but I'm not, I'm just over the moon that I found this company and their product. Genuine Euro Top and Great Support
I feel strongly about writing this review to warn fellow shoppers of the rampant fake euro top mattresses found online, as I happen to be one of the victims of the fake euro top replicas. Before buying Zzz Atelier's mattress I purchased a similar looking one from a big eBay seller. Bigger means more reliable seller right? Wrong! The other mattress barely lasted 3 weeks before I got too frustrated. It was soft and bouncy, spring was completely not supportive and edge is week.

ed to me that a few sellers on eBay copied the look of their product and similarly claim 5 zone springs and genuine euro top. However, those replicas lie about product specs, employ low quality foam and fake euro top. They then re-assured me their mattress is the real stuff. Having a previous bad experience I was a lot more cautious and asked to see their samples in their showroom. I eventually bought one and found everything they said to be true. This mattress is so different. Apart from being on the slightly firmer side, it is a great product. Very sturdy, strong edge. Fabric feels of high quality, and comfort padding very nice to sleep on. Most importantly, unlike the other OEM product where spring goes deep into euro top, their euro top is genuinely all comfort padding, and the spring system down there very supportive. My advice, if you are shopping on eBay for a mattress, insist to get a written guarantee from seller that their spring doesn't go into euro top layer. Too many sellers claiming real euro top but have springs stretch into euro top with thin foam on top. If you have asked for written guarantee and found spring going into comfort layer, you can always force a product return since it is different from seller's guarantee.Similar opinion? Real quality product.
Before purchasing this mattress I just tossed out a mattress purchased from another well known eBay seller for really poor support. Zzz was the second mattress that I bought. As soon as I laid on it I immediately knew the difference. This mattress feels so much better, and I had a wonderful night sleep. d mattress indeed has spring going all the way into the euro top layer, leaving only 3cm - 4cm of comfort padding. I'll be filling a complaint against the fake euro top mattress seller to the ombudsman for the dishonest and sneaky trick. For the moment, I am just glad I've found the responsible company which still insist on making euro top the honest way. I highly recommend this brand to others. The BEST night's sleep I've ever had.
Firstly I was amazed by the compact size of the vacuum-packed mattress which made it a lot easier to move than a full queen-sized mattress, and upon opening the package it expanded to full-size in no time at all.
