This is the perfect health and lifestyle change I had been looking for, it was proper, clean healthy food where I could still keep my love of cooking. The exercises are full of support from Sam and the team and are made for any level of fitness and age. Start up you won’t regret it.
Ps: start the 3month package it’ll save you a bit of money and make you accountable to loose that weight and make a difference in your life.

As a mum of 3 young kids, I have done this program in between each of my pregnancies. I love the approach to food and exercise. It has shown me how to make the right food choices and give my body the right fuel to run around after my kids. The 28 minutes exercise is very achievable to do at home and I very rarely miss a day. My kids love doing the exercises with me so I feel that it’s teaching my kids important habits.

I’ve tried a few other programs and never really committed as it was too complicated and I felt like no one knew I was there.
28 by Sam Wood program is so well balanced. It is sustainable and personal and really achieved results. I can adjust the program to suit my lifestyle and still achieve outcomes. I feel like Sam knows me and his regular videos and live workouts really help to personalise the program. He actually seems to care about the program and the participants. Cannot recommend more highly.

Life changing!

I have been following this program for 2 years and have lost 32kg and have maintained it for 10 months now.
The food is easy and my family love it (husband, 1 yr old & 4 yr old). Sam, Steph (the nutritionist) and the crew are very supportive and because I am able to workout at home I am able to find time for the 28 mins exercise each day, even with two kids and work.
The best part of me is that due to the knowledge that I have gained through this program this has now become my way of life. I feel that I no longer need to pay regular membership because I am to confidently go shopping, eat out and exercise by myself - a sign of a fantastic program.

Progress not Perfection!

Meal plans are delicious, easy to follow. 28 mins of exercise with Sam - for all levels of fitness! Yoga, meditation, a wide range of nutritional advice by experts & motivational support. Fantastic and helpful 28 crew & friendly FB community. Love this program. Can't encourage everyone enough to join!

A new lifestyle

I am one of the original 1000 that began sams program on 1/2/16. 3 years later I still love it. I only needed to lose 4-5 kgs and tone up which I did, but I’ve gotten so much more out of the program. I don’t exercise every day or eat all the program meals every day any more but I’ve learnt so much that I know to make the right choices myself. I check the app each day and am still an active member of the amanaing positive encouraging Facebook group. And Sams daily videos are so real, honest and helpful. I’ve never met him, but I feel like I know him so well. Can’t recommend this program highly enough.

The food is amazing, easy to follow recipes and very filling portion sizes.
The program is extremely easy to follow but you need to put time into buying you ingredients and food prep helps.

The program is so easy to follow with all recipes being delicious and accessible (in terms of purchasing ingredients). I have not felt hungry while being on the program. I exercise in my loungeroom with minimal equipment. 28 minutes is perfect for me! Sam and the Sam Crew are very supportive and quick to respond to enquiries. And the ultra-supportive '28ers' takes this program to the next level. After only a few days into the program, I was already feeling more energised, happier, healthier. I can't recommend this enough!
