I have used the company twice and both times a great service was provided. Last time the hamper was not picked up by the receiver, so I was able to pick it from the warehouse.

I use this service for every occasion for Mothers Days and Fathers Day and Birthday, Easter Christmas Exactly what I ordered as in the description never any problems even when the address had issues eg flooding couldn't get there they sent earlier anticipating the situation. I wanted to spoil my daughter-in-law who has two young children. The parcel contained luxury items she would not have bought herself. It was my way of saying thank you for being such a wonderful mum to my two grandchildren.

Found the Gift Box a perfect present & products included were of great quality. The only thing was delivery seemed to be a bit long . But otherwise would highly recommend

I have used "a little luxury" 3 times now, and it has been a positive experience, except for twice the wrong products were sent. I did tell the company about the first one and they were very apologetic and went to all the trouble to deliver the correct product to the recipient. This time I ordered Raspberry Sauce and Blueberry Jam was delivered. Not a big thing I know, but just that little more care is needed for an otherwise perfect and efficient service.
