Recently moved and want to recreate the shutters that I had in my previous house but will not be using ABC blinds again. The whole experience from the initial order until the eventual install was appalling. Terrible communication from ABC with me making many phone calls, instillation date came and went THREE times with time taken off work each time. Eventually when installed they looked great and the couple that installed them did a great job but we're also very unhappy and told us that their work load was too high and they too were messed about with customer fitting times and dates. Shame as the eventual product was really good but not tempted to use ABC again.

Ordered just 2 blinds but after 2 weeks still yet to arrive. Promised to be delivered by yesterday but I haven't receive anything.

Arrived, in the end the service was pretty good.
But just the blind quality is not really great. Material is too thin & flimsy, easily get twisted. Guess what you pay is what you get for the cheapest quote I received.

This is the second time I have my blinds from ABC blinds and like there service and blinds they have installed in my house and have recommended to my friends and they had there's blinds installed by ABC blinds as well and like it too. Well done ABC blinds...

I never wrote a review before but in this case I just had to. Our blind arrived within 3 days and that's before Christmas. The quality is exceptional. We are very happy and I wished I would have had their blinds before.

Recently received our third order and are very happy with the product, delivery time and after sales service. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

The blinds we purchased were of tremendous quality and were custom made and delivered in no time. If there were any problems these were fixed ASAP.

We have used ABC blinds for many years in our building company and the rep Ralph Caccamo has a lot of experience on what will make the room complete.I am very happy with the service and manner of Ralph.We will continue to use ABC blinds as the product is good value for money.

Customer service is horrible. Staff don't know what products are included with which builder. Staff couldn't tell us prices or extras etc... actually useless. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

A warranty job after my blinds snapped 3 times was delayed by weeks 3 times with poor excuses and no communication. I had to ring them.

From the showroom to the measure and fitting, abc always delivers its word with great quality and range. Staff are always professional

Abc express have been an absolute pleasure to go through. I purchased my blinds last week with the wonderful help from Hayley and Carissa. I couldn't be happier with my blinds.

We are very happy with the blinds provided by ABC Blinds it has been an smooth easy process and the results are fantastic. We will be ordering more in the near future.

Ordered blinds first time online and was really surprised with the quality and delivery. Will certainly recommend this company and look forward to doing it again. I was a little apprehensive at first but the site was easy to follow and all the measuring and installing details were there to follow.

Update:
This is the second time I have ordered blinds online and once again everything went extremely well, from the ordering to receiving the product. I am pleased with the look and the improvement they make to my home .I will be making a third order.
