Upon building a new home, went to ABC Blinds in Ozborne Park and was met by untrained and unproductive staff members who refused to listen to what my wife and i wanted,talked over us and disagreed with anything we had to say,

The staff member was also confused with what another staff members writing,to which we originally dealt with and proceeded to insult us over the way our quote was wrote out by her,to which we had nothing to do with

Absolutely, rude,untrained,unprofessional staff that forced us to go with curtain world in the end,would not recommend for a new home

I placed an order for some blinds and thought my measurements were correct, with my tape measure they were however they were roughly 30mm off, I rang and spoke to a lady called Hayley, she assisted me and gave me several options to suit me and my timetable (ie work, where I live etc....) I dropped the blinds off today and the great service continued with Hayley, she greeted me and took the blinds and explained everything and I did wait but she kept me in touch every step of the way. I have ordered blinds from this company a few times and I have always been very happy with the cost, product & delivery. The blinds come with easy instructions and in no time your new blinds are up! I have always been impressed with the service and especially with my latest order when they contacted me to let me know my delivery was going to be a day later than expected, that's great service! I was very happy with my purchase! Easy to install, excellent quality blinds and so affordable, I researched a few companies around Perth and ABC Express Blinds were half the price! They have great customer service and are always willing to help. I had a small issue with my blinds they came face fit and i needed them recessed Hayley was so helpful & went over and beyond to help fix this for me, they made me another set and delivered in 5 working days. Despite this, I made an error this time and swapped my width and length measurements.
