Great Service, Quality Product, Great People
I had been searching for a local contractor to replace a TV antenna at my elderly Mum’s house for a couple of months, after her reception gradually deteriorated to almost nothing as the old antenna slowly fell apart. Needless to say, I was continually faced with impersonal, often rude, call centre “script readers” who promised to world and delivered nothing. Within an hour I had a call from “Dennis” who immediately impressed me as a professional who knew “his stuff”..I explained the situation and Dennis immediately indicated that he could have a technician on site this afternoon!! There was no “up selling” no pressure and the price he quoted was far less that EVERY OTHER quote I’d ever been given. Less than two hours later, “Dillan” the technician was at my elderly Mum’s house. He immediately assessed the situation and identified the problem. A new “AUSTRALIAN MADE” digital antenna was installed and reception is now better than ever. Dillan was very punctual, arriving at exactly at the time he had stated in his earlier telephone call to confirm the appointment. He was polite and very professional, going about his work quickly and without fuss. The cost was exactly as indicated in my initial conversation with Dennis and it was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than anything the other so called “experts” had quoted. I recommend Accent Antennas in the strongest possible terms. Professional and helpful people supplying quality “Australian Made” products. Give the big call centres a miss and call these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

We moved house and needed another antenna outlet point in our new place as well as some advice on a wall bracket. I was google searching after 8.30pm and sent an enquiry to this company expecting the email to be looked at the next day. To my surprise I received immediate contact from the owner and technician setting up a visit the following day. Communication and service was amazing. We highly recommend Accent Antennas.The technician was efficient, fast and exrtremely knowledgeable on everything “TV”.
The best antenna company
We have had antenna issues for 33 years and many antenna companies who have all failed to solve the problem. The technician Dylan immediately spotted the main problem, an old analogue amplifier which was picking up 4G and 5G mobile phone interference. He also found that there was an intermittent problem with the VHF antenna, which he replaced. Since then, the signal strength has been excellent.

Dylan came out, on time to fix up an old internal aerial that needed relocating, and boosting as our Foxtel boxes had become obsolete. Good service and new how to fix the problem. Would recommend . Good value for money.

excellent service, fast and affordable
Called them about our antenna problem in the evening, and Dylan turned up the next morning. Within 2 hours the antenna was fixed. Dylan was great and it was cheaper than I expected. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

My name is [Name Removed] of Accent Antennas Sydney, 0411 273 648, there are false reviews on this page, and they are all false, there is a competitor, [Name Removed], who has a terrible reputation over the years of stealing off technicians who have worked for him and writing false reviews about competitors.
Anybody who has had dealings with this man knows what I am saying, I have heard that the law has changed this year about people writing false reviews, I have contacted my solicitor about these false reviews this morning.
Can you also advise me how I can write an answer to each bad review or not?

Otherwise have a nice life, loser - This comment you left seems fake to me - who says say call me & say sorry and ill see what i can do - I know [Name Removed] & he def is not a drunk - how would you, a customer know he is Jealous & a drunk and then otherwise have a nice life - People really leaving bad reviews do not comment such things. It does not sound legit to me.
