Potential rip off
Got this mob out for a quote for my TV that was pixelating and making squeaky noises on most free to air channels and was virtually unwatchable. $347 for a new booster he said. I said thanks but I'd like to get another quote. He rang later that day and said he'd drop the price to $320 if we went ahead and had it done today. What???
Hubby went to Bunnings that weekend and bought a $79 signal amplifier .... all channels now crystal clear.
It's a shame businesses like this try to take advantage of people's ignorance and not be honest about what is required.

Outstanding service!
We could only book between 12-4pm (a long time to wait), but our technician Jerry was fantastic. He took his time, got on our roof, checked our current antenna signal with his signal reader. After all that, found a faulty splitter device in our roof. The cost was much less than a new antenna which I was quoted by others. Jerry was a gentleman as well, very polite and friendly!!!

Two hours for $350 and incomplete job
We bought a new TV and wanted someone to install it, from screwing it into the frame to turning it on and making sure it was all connected and working. After 2 hours, the technician installed it, turned it on to see if the power was ok and left us with it. $350 for two hours. And not a complete service. We felt very ripped off.

Spent 299.00 on 8/10/18 for a problem with no reception when it rains
I had a technician come out to fix my TV as I have distorted reception on free to air when it rains
I had a new aerial installed and was assured this should be OK. Still same problem exists
Lots of phone calls emails and have been assured some one will fix the problem but am told all the time the technician is sick and they have no one else who can to the job, Every time I contact the company I am told the sick technician will be back the next week but this seems to be a way of pacifying me The website indicates this is an efficient company...Read more

Fantastic service and attention to detail
After having a number of antenna companies come and quote our problem in Brisbane, with getting Network 10 and ABC, I believe I'm experienced with the variety of service that's out there.
After sending an email through the website on Sunday evening, I received a call early on Monday, from Lara (in the office), letting me know that there may be a spot open that afternoon after 12.00 pm. o 8am next morning, which was fine. I received a call at 5.30 pm on Monday re-confirming the booking At 7.55, I received another call, letting me know that the technician was caught in bumper-to-bumper traffic and would be there by 9 am. (I checked the road alerts and this was the case). Tony, the technician, arrived at 8.35 am, and went about sorting the problem, he climbed into the ceiling space, onto the roof (of the 2 storey house) and checked the antenna ports in the house thoroughly (whereas the others had given the roof a cursory glance from below, checked one of the ports and suggested an amplifier power supply), and ascertained the problem, solutions etc. Quote written up, job completed 2 hours later. Had an Antenna installed today, mentioned that we wanted to put the tv on the wall, asked if l wanted a quote, agreed with the quote for them to install tv while the installer was here. Then l noticed that l had no power to the fridge this was after the installer cut into the wall, he said he heard arking and that it was a fault with a power point in the adjacent room,wasn’t till after he left that l discovered that l had no power to the front half of the house apart from power to the tv no power in the bathroom, microwave as well as the fridge...Read more

Husband rang the company and explained that we had lost some power,after a few phone calls, eventually a supervisor told my husband that they would send an electrician out and they would make it urgent, at about 5.20pm husband got a call saying they would not be sending an electrician out. So end result we have extra expense . After already paying $670 after a 10% seniors discount, we are now having to pay for an electrician to fix there mistake, as a result l would highly “NOT” recommend this company to anyone. I called on Friday AM 20/7/18 explained what I require, an installer was available in the afternoon. by early afternoon it was done tested and ready to go.The installer was friendly and very professional.They also beat other prices.

Use caution if dealing with this company
I recently moved house and had issues receiving a consistent signal for a number of free-to-air channels. To rectify this problem, I was informed that I’d need an antenna installed because there was no antenna. The quote for this was $386. the antenna was under the house and that all I needed was a new tv point (my tv was plugged into a Foxtel point).
