Are these mowers still available for purchase?
how do I purchase a replacement battery?
Mower will not start. Batteries are 100% charged. No obvious reason for failure to start. This mower has had minimal use (about 1/month over last 18 months, mowing a tiny lawn).
There's a safety tag on Top of the mower mines red if this connection is a bit dodgy the mower won't start remove it clean the terminals maybe some WD-40 spray should fix it
What size is fuse on this mower?
Mine has no fuse but has a red safety plug on Top clean the terminals spray with WD-40 this should fix it

Yes I have a 2x20v Gardenline Mower model GY0151, it still runs, but it seems to shut down as soon as I start mowing over grass. I need a repair guy. Anybody know of anyone in Sydney that repairs Gardenline?
There are safety switches, on handle.
Might be dirty contacts.
Battery contacts in battery compartment might be dirty.
Batteries might be faulty.
Your best bet would be to phone Aldi Support Number in your instruction book.
They will advise you of one of their authorised repairers in your area.
how do you no when batteries are charged
Two LED on charger, one is to show power and other stops flashing when battery charge is full. The LED power broke.

why don't the blades turn on electric lawn mower
Have used this mower for 12 months no problems. Now it only goes for 5 seconds and cuts out. Then starts in about a minute and cuts out again. The red and green lights dont illuminate on the charger either
Sounds like charger is stuffed.probably why battery isnt charging.still under warranty so get a new charger

My batteries don't last long enough should I purchase 40 volt batteries and would they fit in my 20v charger ?
My mower is the same.they work better with 2.so if its not holding a charge and faulty.send a copy of your receipt via email to positec.details of website are in the owner manual.
I would be very willing to test the new compact size XFINITY 8.0 Ah batteries in my Aldi mower. Just send them over Mr Aldi.

Read more The 2x20volt mower uses 2 batteries. Each battery is 20 volt. When this model was initially sold it came with 2 batteries. The spec of the battery was 20 volts and 2.0 amp hours. The updated model was essentially the same mower, but it now had 4.0 amp hour batteries. Still takes 2 batteries. You can purchase the Aldi 20 volt battery with 8.0 amp hours. (You need 2 of them) The batteries are $100 each. These 8.0Ah batteries are a more compact size, no no problem fitting into the battery compartmentWhere do you get new blades
