Electric / Battery Lawn Mower

So my Aunty got this mower 4 years ago. used about 3 times maybe 4. Put in a shed. won't start now. fresh fuel. battery charged. what could be the problem. It does try to start. To me seems is a fuel blockage.

Batteries generally last up to 2 years. I’m sure the instructions advise the owner to keep the batteries fully charged regardless of use. Car batteries are similar.

there is nothing wrong with the battery. the mower wants to start. seem the new fuel won't get to where it needs. it starts like a motor the is cold. and won't... seem starved of fuel.

Electric / Battery Lawn Mower

I have an Aldi XFinity Plus 20V battery lawn mower that we have had for a number of years. We have a duplex with a small amount of mowing to do and we have been very happy with the mower. Today I recharged the batteries, having not used the mower for a number weeks, and found that the mower will not work. Is there a manual that I can refer to for trouble shooting? Can I purchase new batteries if they are needed? My contact details are as follows: [Personal Details Removed]

Gardenline 2 x 20V Cordless Mower (Oct 2022, Jan 2020)

I just purchased a second hand Aldi Gardenline Cordless Mower Model GY0151 as I have various other Gardenline Aldi products which use the same 20V battery.
However I don't have a manual for it and it is missing the rear catcher. Please advise where I can obtain both from.

Vic

My Aldi / Gardenline battery mower will not stop. Switches don't seem to work. It starts as soon as the second battery is put in and will only stop when a battery is taken out (or run flat). Has anyone any advice? Thanks

yes you should be able to turn blade around by hand when turned off, check that drive belt is not chocked with grass?
or other object it should turn with the blade.

Thanks for the answer Steve... no blade moves freely no problem there... we thought maybe it shouldn’t move and that may have been the problem.....now thinking it may be something to do with the switch on leaver.
