Amazing!!!
Love this product! I had been wanting to get a coffee machine for a while and my friend recommended the Aldi one as she also has it. It is amazing especially for such a reasonable price too. I've tried 3 of the coffees now and love them all. It's also super easy and quick to use and clean. Highly recommend it!

milk frother when I tried the coffee, I was sold! There is a great range of flavours for all tastebuds. The machine is incredibly easy to keep clean and it no fuss at all. Definitely glad I made the purchase and save myself $3.50 each morning on my first cup!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Good coffee machine
The coffee machine is good for the price. Similar to delonghi nespresso, I am a previous nespresso owner, only got rid of it because the pods were too expensive. The pods are reasonably price and has a wide variety of flavours and the ones I have tried are delicious . No complains so far.

Disappointingly unreliable
Happy with the taste of the coffee (have used Aldi machines before). Great choice of pods; inexpensive, at about 40 cents per cup.
When our 'older' version finally drew its last breath we went off to buy another Aldi machine and purchased the 2016 model. Looks great on the kitchen bench makes a good coffee but then will suddenly malfunction so you have to eject the pod and reinsert but not before most of the coffee has poured into the ejected pod container. Aldi was very obliging about us returning it with our receipt for purchase and exchang...Read more

Great coffee, affordable and easy
Love the taste of the coffee especially Abruzzo. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean and maintain, and the 2 year warranty is brilliant. In all the years I've had the ALDI machine I've never been disappointed. And the pods are the best value, at less than 30 cents each, you can't go wrong. Plus, they've got the 60 guarantee so if you don't like it simply return it.

Excellent value for money
Bought this from Aldi recently and very happy so far. Much cheaper than Nespresso machines, but does the same job. Simple to use and even programmable for pour times. The only small issue would be the small size of the water holding container, which empties fast with the regular rinses and large cups. The coffee pods are well priced too at around 40 cents per pod.

Great Machine
I bought this machine after finally giving up on my 3 Caffitaly S21 with their near constant water tank leaks. This is great machine from Aldi, they have over 13 different types of coffee in their range added to this is hot chocolate and a few others.
My only bugbear is the water tank is on the smaller side. The coffee is very nice and the machine does heat up fast. The price is comparable to the Caffitaly S21.

Trialing this machine
have been an avid Nespresso user but coffee capsules are getting ridiculously expensive. so we are now trialing the Aldi Expressi Machine. So far we are quite pleased. The machine produces a decent cup of coffee. We are working our way through the different strengths and I think have found one that is comparable to Nespresso - just happens to also be purple :-)
Early days, but I am pleased with the taste of the coffee and the performance of the machine.
The price of capsules is the real sweetener !!!

It's ok
The machine works fine and the coffee tastes great. The problem is that the water that goes through to heat the pipe before the coffee starts goes into the little bin for the used pods so you can't tip it straight into the bin because of the water. We have not had any problems otherwise.

Very disappointed
So so so disappointed had mine for 2 weeks and it is not using all the coffee in the capsule and randomly decides to fill the used pod holder with the coffee and water instead of the cup. So disappointed that the large cup option only feels half of a standard size cup!!! I read lots of reciews prior to purchasing and unfortunately i am very disappointed . The pods are great variety and so cheap at $5.99 it is a shame.

No luck
Purchased 1st coffee machine late last year. Worked well for about 3 months then started to not fill in my cup and was filling the used pod holder, I put up with this for a while but finally decided to buy another only a few days ago and on the second use it is doing the same thing. Grrrrr grrrr
August 2nd 2017 Update: Pod problem fix
My 2016 model had water dripping into used pod collector and not into cup - this solved my problem..... Before placing new pod in machine, peirce it once with tip of sharp knife or equivalent then place in machine as normal.
It has been working well since doing this procedure.

A quick coffee when you want it
The new generation Expressi machine from Aldi is good for that quick cup when you want it, but has a few limitations. The water container is not as easy to remove and refill as the older version without splashing water, and the container for the used pods is not as easy to empty.. a bit messy. The styling is more modern than the older machines and it works well for what is is. If you want a machine to produce barista quality coffee, this is not the machine for you, however the range of pods available from Aldi is growing and provides a good selection of flavours and strenghts

Faulty capsuals
I am happy with the pod flavor I have chosen. However like quite a few I find the volume of coffee delivered sometime is insufficient. I have exchange machines on 2 occasions assuming them to be faulty. On the last occasion I phoned K-fee and was told there was/may have been a faulty batch of pods. I was told to puncture the membrane on the pod to allow the water to plow through the pod and not be forced into the reservoir where the pods drop. I actually cut the top membrane off a pod to see what was inside. I found a second membrane which also needed to be pierced. This works but it does indicate a problem with the pod not the machine. I wasted quite a few pods before I found the problem. Can't say the problem has been fixed,

Great Taste from an Unreliable Machine
I like the taste of the coffee, although it would be perfect if it was stronger. I need to use 2 capsules each time too, as the machine doesn't drip enough out. My annoyance is with the Machine. I have purchased 4 of them. Each one that i have bought has had issues with it. Luckily ALDI do refund within the 30 day period but i'm annoyed that they can't just get the machine right. I have bought the 2015 version and now the 2016 version. Even with all the complaints they have yet to fix the issues.

A fantastic machine! The coffee tastes great!
I am very happy with the machine and the taste of the coffee. I got the machine for free from Woolies by buying 6 packs of the capsules. It is very easy to use and very easy to clean. I would recommend this machine to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

Easy use! Excellent coffee!
Absolutely love the coffee! Taste so good and so easy to use! Best money spent! Before I purchased I was going to buy the fancy coffee bean professional machine! Until one day, I had a cup coffee at my friend's house. I couldn't believe the quality the capsule made. For $80+$29 for milk frother, such good value. I am enjoy my coffee at home now.

Great little machine
Had this great little coffee chine for 2 weeks and so far have had no problems..
Love the coffee and the best part is no messy clean up after like our old coffee maker..just a push of a button and it's done..
The coffee pods are great value with 16 for under $6 and there are so many flavours to choose from including Chocolate which is our next one to try..
Machine comes with a 2 year warranty which is good to know if there is a problem..

Shame on Aldi
We loved our first coffee machine (about 2014), but we think the problems described by MOST users, of the coffee ending in the used-pod receptical started when Aldi changed their decaf pods. Now it seems to happen with all the pods, so maybe they have all been changed?
We have since had 2 more machines on warranty and both do the same thing.
Aldi MUST know these machines are faulty, why not just fix the problem instead of everyone having to get new machines. We'll keep taking ours back until someone listens.

Wow! OUTSTANDING VALUE.
This machine is extremely affordable at significantly less than $100 and works like a charm.
It is extremely easy to use and is an absolute dream when accompanied with the Expressi Milk Froth machine.
Cleaning is easy as can be as it is a piece of cake to disassemble.
