Hoping someone might have solved this problem as I cannot find any answers online.
The lever on machine is stuck in open position. I’ve cleared a pod that had been squished & stuck inside the machine. The Used pod container is empty. I’ve done a hard restart & factory settings restart. It seems more like a structural problem but I can’t see any thing that might hamper the mechanism from working. Anyone else overcome this problem??

I am about to buy an Expressi machine. My local store has the "Cube" on the shelf. Now I find out it has been discontinued.
then I read that there is a later "Wave" version, once again discontinued. Can u please tell me, since it is near the end of November 2022, what chance is there of a new model soon. I dont want to buy a new machine only to find out that there is a better one just after I buy it.

Have never tried it but I dont think it would be a good idea, could get smelly but I guess you could run the water through afterwards.
Actually I tried and the machine went very slow and stopped working. I wish I could have my coffee with milk.

I am happy with the machine, but the new pods are creating havoc, also they don't taste the same. Use to like the 11 strength, now they seem a lot weaker, what has happened to the pods, can we go back to the old tried and true ones please

Mocha as in chocolate? Rich choc is still available. I don't remember the Mocha. However a choc mocha can be got by frother plus choc plus (?)

Do you mean.... Only steam light on. (full stop) Both cup lights do not come on. (full stop not ? mark) ? ...... All the lights come on mine. To start- 1. have a full tank of water and an empty discarded water / capsule reservoir or container. 2. press what you call a steam light and I know is a clean system button. 3. wait, then choose cup. If no cup lights are on take the machine back.

How long is this machine likely to last for if it’s used daily? I’ve got another brand of coffee machine currently which I have had for about 4 years and it’s pretty much stopped working. I want make sure if I buy this one it’s going to last at least a few years before needing replacing.
