I recently placed an order for some Backlapping Grit. I chose All Mower Spares as some quick research on the net established that they were the best priced, also, I have dealt with them in the past with great service provided. It was around Christmas and I noticed a message on their site mentioning that they would be closed over the holiday period and to make up for the delay they offered a further 20% discount. Can't ask for more than that. The goods arrived promptly after their holiday break. Very happy.

Purchased some parts for zero turn and they arrived in reasonable time then needed some more parts, after 2 weeks, I contacted them to ask when I could expect them, was told in a few days, a week or so later called and they could not tell me when I would get them so I asked for a refund, which they gave. Thought I would give them another go and made an enquiry for supply of some other parts, they totally ignored my request. I will not use them again, they are unreliable and I can purchase elsewhere much cheaper (and overseas for often less than 1/2 price....they are expensive)

Was able to order what I required it did say it was in stock but they did not have it, they had to order it in, I had paid for Express post but only received it in 7 days, otherwise great price and they did inform me that they did not have this the same day will use this service every time I require small engine or mower parts

I ordered two parts for my Talon blower vac unit that fitted perfectly. They had to get in one part and once it was received it was delivered very quickly.

found the parts i needed, reasonable price, delivery was swift, even if the parts were ordered soon befor the xmas lead up, great service and thank you my ride on is working. :)

The shipping was a little slow but the fires in NSW had a lot to do with that. The items were received in good order as advertised and were well packed.

Supplier was a bit slow delivering part, but I was kept well informed of the fact.
This is good customer service.

Tracking stated delivery next day but arrived 2 days later. Delays in dispatch from All movers had to remind to sent. Cr ital spares need to be dispatch soon after order and delivery ASAP(Toll Priority did not work)

I have dealt with AllMower Spares on several occasions and their service is second to none. Fast order processing and shipping. Unfortunately my last order took a little extra time as the part was out of stock but not to worry it still arrived as quickly as possible. I'll be back
