Stratco describes the gazebo as:
Protect your family and friends from the elements under the Sunscape Retractable Awning. This Gazebo is suitable in all types of weather and the retractable awning can be open or shut.

- Spun polyester canopy for durability
- Painted steel frame for strength

It does not appear to be steel at all, it very bendable aluminium. The strength was what attracted me to it. After setting it up it is very wobbly, and definitely not “suitable for all types of weather”. In the end it is very expensive for a cheaply made aluminium gazebo. If we get a year or 2 out of it, I’ll be happy. But at the moment I feel lied to and ripped off. I should have bought the cheap Bunnings one.

We had to replace fences and damaged goods after the recent bushfires, the assistant was knowledgeable,helpful and empathetic. We ran over time when the store should have been closed but there was no pressure to move on

We had a delivery yesterday. The delivery gentleman, Sahi was a true gentleman, polite and helpful. It was a delight to dealing with him. Thanks for employing people like Sahi.

l highly recommend Stratco Deer Park in Victoria for the service and the help with the pergola kit l purchased. Scot Hyland went out of his way to help me with the design, colour selection and engineering information that l needed. Also the delivery driver Sahi went out of his way to helpme move the kit into the side access of my home. l could not be more pleased to have bought the from Stratco and with the service they provided.

Customer service was ok until the product was delivered. Parts were missing and it was difficult to get Stratco to get the parts delivered in a reasonable time. We had to continue to chase them up to find out where the parts were. They said they would call be we did not receive ANY follow up from Paul unless we called and asked to speak to him.
I would not recommend Stratco Deer park to anyone

Very quick streamline delivery service. Just called to cjeck on product and purchased over phone. Delivered within two days. Cant use any more words. Bla bla bla bla bla bla

The ordering of the shed is simple and easy. The quality is great, however I was delayed a week when I had 2 different coloured wall sheets delivered and a few stuff ups from stratco in trying to rectify the issue. Instructions could also do with an overhaul, particularly the roller door section as it's generally guess work as they are not very accurate or descriptive. The instructions for roller door don't even show you how to attach roller for to the frame or roller roller door brackets. So I will be doing what I think is right instead of relying on the provided instructions to guide me.

Staff at St. Mary's store were very helpful in providing a solution to my problem. I am very happy with the service and will definitely consider visiting Stratco again soon.

after 3 months my patio was final delivered by sam the delivery man top job sam very friendly helpful a credit to his profession. thats about the only good thing i can say. manager at the pakenham store shaun good bloke easy to deal with good knowledge of the job. sadly he is let down very badly by the so called assistant manager who seams to have very little knowledge and cares even less. so would i deal with stratco pakenham again. if i could deal only with shaun then maybe. if i had to deal with the assistant manager NO WAY WOULD I EVER GO BACK

I arranged for a stratco rep to come around to my house to supply a quote to replace my already existing veranda.
The rep (Steve) came around in late July on the time and date as planned and discussed options. A week later Steve called to say that the documents were ready for collection as it needs council approval. On two occasions now I have taken this information pack to my local council only to have them reject it due to lack of information. Four and a half months have now passed and we are no further down the line. Frustrating is not the word. We are seriously contemplating taking our business elsewhere.

Requested a quote from 2 different stratco stores, my wife chased one and so did i, over 2 weeks now and no one has got back to us with the price ??....just excuses ?........how hard can it be ?..........we actually are looking at buying 3 sheds, not that it makes a difference obviously.......your sales people obviously have better things to do.................absolutely pathetic !!

Bought a gable roof shed, parts were missing, came bent, damaged and scratched. Was given wrong instructions and what instructions were given provided little detail to complete job. Shed was overpriced and poor customer service at store.

Roland was very helpful and explained thoroughly about my order. Roland went out of his way to make sure that I got some materials by delivering personally to my place, that to me is excellent customer service which does not exist nowadays. Well done. Eddie Webb

No assembly instructions with kit i purchased. Found a crap basic on on stratco page. Was told the double good neighbour gates came assembled, it wasn't and disaster to assemble.

The customer service was great, I like the quality of your product as well, I like the fact that it's all pre-cut, pre-pressed. I like the fact that it's a c-channel truss, rather than just a little tinny frame. Overall I was just quite impressed
