Unsure what happened here.
Started at St Agnes store with a custom shed design in January. All good, great service. Then I changed design, to a 'bigger better version a couple of weeks later and also got finance through HSBC. I was happy and trusting but my interactive design never changed.
Sent emails and received the wrong design 3 times from Jan-March, then finally rang them and found that employees id dealt with had moved.
Frustrated but still keen, made my way to Gepps Cross to meet and start again.
On entering the shed design into the system the price blew out over 20% more than before.
And, i haven't heard back from my visit there either.

I arranged for a stratco rep to come around to my house to supply a quote to replace my already existing veranda.
The rep (Steve) came around in late July on the time and date as planned and discussed options. A week later Steve called to say that the documents were ready for collection as it needs council approval. On two occasions now I have taken this information pack to my local council only to have them reject it due to lack of information. Four and a half months have now passed and we are no further down the line. Frustrating is not the word. We are seriously contemplating taking our business elsewhere.

Great choice of products and very helpful and friendly staff that always provide us with excellent knowledge and advice. Prices very competitive and would always recommend our friends and family to shop here.

A beautifully designed garden centre, with a great selection of plants, pots and garden products. A pleasure to walk around.
Staff in this section are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about plants and greenlife products.

I was in need of some raised garden beds, I purchased some from Gepps Cross, I needed more but they had since run out of stock and directed me to the St Agnes store, the staff were great, very helpful and signed me up, well done.

I would rather shop here than the other big hardware store. But I do find myself having to still go there after going to Stratco. The store is nicely layed out and easy to find things that you do stock.

We ordered a cool deck veranda and paid a deposit in January but requested May supply. Paid in full in March. Supply and delivery was delayed 3 times, finally received late August, but installer discovered some bits missing. So we were not happy, but the staff went above and beyond to try to keep us on side, and I will give Stratco another try if we need anything else.

Recently retuned to stratco having not shopped there for many years. What a great experience. Friendly staff and always someone available to help Unlike others. I have returned several times always buying something different.

Plant sale prices were fantastic. However when I asked about a tap extension the person had no clue as to what one was or whether they had them. I find stratco prices expensive unless there is a sale. Plant quality ia great.

Not a natural green finger so really needed some help on which plants to use in my garden and the guys from the garden centre didn't disappoint .. fantastic knowledge and advice!!

Just installed a garage and was very pleased from the initial consultation and design to the finished product.
My garage was custom made to suit our block, c/w roller door, PA door and sliding door.
I had an unusual set-up with the columns being half in-ground and half on an existing slab, Stratco provided all the necessary design and components to deal with this, including custom made weather seals for the slab.
Pricing was very competitive and quality of materials was excellent.
A very professional outfit, a big thanks to the team who dealt with my project.

The sales person had a very good understanding of products and gave good recommendations, the rewards card is great when you place a large order there is a nice discount on your next purchase

I have just built a new home and am confident I can complete the good neighbour fencing myself with a few questions answered by the staff. I had all my questions answered and quotes provided. Very happy with the service and product so much do that I will be back next week to place a $1500 order

I received great customer service when deciding on which lawn mower to purchase. The tea member was very helpful and informative. I will definitely be shopping there again in the near future.

There are two things I'd like to mention:
a. When I looked for PVC and metal pipes and adapators, I found some parts that I didn't see in Bunnings' range. Thus it's a good place to visit when DIY;
b. Although there isn't surprised discount on some big equipment, some small tools "on sale" is also attractive, e.g. I bought a rivet gun set including 4 kinds of rivets at $10.

The store manager, David, was extremely friendly and very helpful when we approached him with our request. He and his friendly team gave us an excellent price and erected our side gate on time. We were very pleased with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend STRATCO for their service and exceptional workmanship. Also a very big thank you to Tom from Gepps Cross for his help at the start. Well Done Stratco !!!

We got a double door pantry and it's fantastic and was a great price, on special for $79 instead of $100. And the sausage sizzle was so good too, would recommend this store and products.

Had just the hoist, plants and other things we were wanting. Even found things we want for the future. We are thinking about other renovations and repairs we can get done now

I recently visited when they had a sale on all plants. I never knew my plant addiction could be fed at Stratco. I'm so glad that the sale took me to their store because they had a great variety of indoor and outdoor plants (and a good range of pots too!). The plants were healthy and loving life and still loving life with me a few months down the track. The staff were amazingly welcoming and helpful. I signed up for the rewards program which was a great excuse to return.

I have been to St Agnes at SA last month for buying some plant and compost. Staffs was kind enough and also got 25% off all live products. It's always happy time in Stratco. Hope to finish their shop remodeling soon.
