I have an outdoor pergola, I needed privacy from the two story house next door. I was trying to find a product that would look good and suit my outdoor area. I went to Stratco FTG and found Ezi Slats. You have a variety of colours and wood grain finishes. I also did a side front fence with a wood grain finish. The staff were helpful and suggested how the fence would be placed to suit the area. Stratco also have a display area to give you an idea of the product. Stratco recommended COLBURN PROPERTY SERVICES. Pete and Jay did a fantastic job I would highly recommend them.

Over 2 weeks ago I enquired about a shed HM4 in primrose colour which I was told was available in the Bunbury store. Two days later I was informed that the colour was Merino not primrose. I then decided on the shed in question and paid for it. A week later I was told it would be available in the Canning Vale store. Heard nothing for nearly a week. Sent an email to the store, heard nothing back. Rang twice and the second time was told that the shed is still sitting in the Bunbury store. I have requested a refund. That's not the end. I couldn't get a refund there and then had to wait till the next day.
Lift your game please Stratco. It is embarrassing.

A number of off the shell products were ordered from this store. Due to builder's instructions some of the items no longer required. We contacted the store a day before picking up to change our order. The answer we got was that management would not allow it. Very inflexible and seemingly arrogant. Bunnings would be a much better place to shop.

I get excited to see the new plants available at Stratco Whyalla as they are the most affordable in town. However when you get there the plants are dying from lack of water and dumped hap-hazardly down. The plants are also visibly riddled with pests such as green caterpillars and aphids. Very little care or respect given to the garden centre.

I have been waiting for service so long I now have time to write this review.
You need someone on the counter to make purchases not run around the store for 20 min with 1 customer.

Bought a timber slatted air con cover for the outdoor condenser (?). It was rusty and looked horrible, so I bought this to both cover it up and to provide a spot to put pot plants on :) I painted it a charcoal colour and put it together and it looks great!

Purchased a small garden shed from Stratco.
Easy to install with detailed instructions.
Also purchased a set of shelving for in side.
Love that I have somewhere to store all my gardening stuff now.

Easy to assemble all screws included in the one carton, good value for the money $69.00.
Could not make one for the price. First time customer and very pleased with product range and staff were very good.

David is a Gem. Made a sizeable purchase a few years ago at the Redbank store( not thrilled it closed down service to Ipswich & regional areas) we saw David again at Archerfield store and his service was, as usual excellent.

The installation guys were efficient and effective - minimum of fuss! The product was exactly as advertised, colour match up great! Overall very pleased with the Stratco Outdoor Patio - cant wait for summer to be able to live in our new outdoor room!

I recently bought a garden shed (H3) with window, skylight and guttering. Installation was great including cleanup. However, 50mm downpipes are not the best as storm.water connection options are very limited

I needed some advice on fencing options and received helpful and friendly service. All my requirements were in stock and I was able to start my project with out delay. Thanks!
