Good quality products more high end stuff than Bunnings that's why I'm happy to pay a bit more for your products as opposed to Bunnings inferior mass produced Chinese hardware.

We were looking a new patio to cover our boat, the staff at stratco canningvale listened to our requirements to achieve the height and size.
The colour was picked to match our house colours.
Delivery was exactly as arranged and on time.
We had to return to the shop for installation plans but that allowed us to organise some storm drainage.
The install was simple just required some extra ladders to use as stands for the frame.
It looks fantastic and we are very happy with the outcome.

The staff were very helpful in getting all the garden supplies despite renovation works going on. They had a good smile with all the pressure of renovation all around them.

Bought a gable roof shed, parts were missing, came bent, damaged and scratched. Was given wrong instructions and what instructions were given provided little detail to complete job. Shed was overpriced and poor customer service at store.

We have bought a number of products from Stratco Canning Vale and have had nothing but great customer service. The staff are very accommodating and helped us plan our shed and make choices for a gate and fencing. Our shed is solid and well made. Very happy customers!!!

Make an enquiry for fencing product and the employee is extremely helpful and patient in explaining the product range and getting me the quote, even at 4:50pm (store closed at 5pm)

I went to the Canning Vale WA store recently not knowing whether they sold the products I sought. The staff were extremely helpful both at the door and on the floor. I am very happy with the 2 chairs I purchased, they are "just what I wanted".

I had never shopped at Stratco before. I initially needed to purchase new gutters for my house and found the service offered by Sarah to be so helpful. On the back of that experience I decided to go with Stratco to provide a 10x4 Outback patio with cooldek as well as a 6x9 garage. For all the design specs and pricing Luke was super knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the way. This was a very large purchase and the whole process and experience couldn't have been better. Excellently trained and highly experienced staff.

Treated me respectfully and with broad knowledge of products, without all the sales jargon a long way from Fremnatle but worth going back there. And I like their rewards program.

My Amarok ute will only just fit in the garage and still allow the tilt-a-door to close, so needed a rubber wheelstop to prevent going too far and risking damage to the front of the ute.

Did find prices were slightly higher from other comparable stores. Staff were very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had never been to a straco store before and thought they just supplied sheds etc, but when we got their they had all sorts of hand tools and power tools, gardening stuff. They even sold kitchens that you could plan with a person I store. It’s kinda like a Bunnings but without the crowds of people in your way.

I dont have a Stratco near my house, so its a fair drive, but once you get there, its all worth it. I purchased my fencing from them this time, but usually i drop in and get odd bits and pieces if I am in the area. staff are very helpful and very keen to solve any issues you are facing.

Some hand tools on the display shelves are rusting. It doesn’t look good. They should be heavily discounted to get them out of the store.

Have a ‘discounted’ bin near the front of the store.

We really disappointed with stratco service. they did wrong design to get approval from council. Finally after two months we got approval. Price list didn't match with bank. Roller door and motor didn't match.

I recently went infor Stratco for the first time as was looking for paint to touch up a fence. The gentleman I dealt with was excellent and knew his products well as the fence paint name had changed and there was a new product. He got the correct paint for me. Customer service was excellent. I will definately be back here to shop.
