Prepped with a shopping list for new roofing and gutters, was helped thru the process of choosing and measuring flashings etc by helpful staff. Delivery driver couldn't use the crane to unload from the truck because of a tree, but was more than happy to unload by hand.

Visited the Gepps Cross store, intend to purchase a small garden shed for our back yard, dealt with staff member named Angelo who was excellent, advised us to have the shed delivered and installed.

Tried to buy Boncrete from one of our local hardware stores but they were asking $74 for a 2 litre. Looked online and found it at the Gepps Cross Stratco for $29...Was cheaper to drive the 250km to buy it in Adelaide than local. Made sure I also grabbed a few other things while I was there too.

Very good and knowledgeable staff. Good product range. Pricing is in line with other stores. Have always purchased shed from Stratco over many years. They are well built and easy to erect.

Purchased a handy mate shed for a backyard project. The store was super busy, but the staff were calm and efficiently dealing with the crowd of people! The shed was not in stock, so the sales person went above and beyond to locate or order one in for us. They did say they’d call us when it came in for us, however, they did not call us and we had to follow up a few days later. When we made the purchase, (around $600 worth), the person at the register didn’t mention your rewards/loyalty program which meant we missed out on points for that purchase! This was later rectified when I reached out via messenger. The shed was quite difficult to assemble, but my husband managed to work it out. Excellent quality shed for a reasonable price.

We recently moved here from Queensland, where we had a patio heater. We needed one in Adelaide, so after online searches we chose one from Stratco. Only 12 screw to put it together, it was set up in 20 minutes. It provides us with an extra room, we love it!

First time I have used "Click and Collect", worked a treat. Rang after lunch on a Sunday bit over 1 1/2hrs call to come and get it. Couldn't been any easier, great service!

Popped in the other day, found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, one checkout was open and when a couple of people lined up they quickly opened another checkout, who also proved to be courteous and friendly, much better than Bunnings

I found shopping in stratco the staff were very helpful and friendly, everything was easy to find, plants were reasonably priced and very healthy wasn't too over crowed with people, I did find there was nothing to wipe down the trolleys.but over all was very good

While my husband and I were stuck at home because of coronavirus, we thought we'd prepare an area for growing vegetables. At Stratco we bought good soil and fertilizer but there were no seedlings. The manager in that department asked us to choose the seedlings we wanted. The next day we had a phone call to say come and pick up our seedlings as they had arrived and put aside for us.

We recently visited the Gepps Cross store & seeked some guidance & advice relating to the decorative screens. The person we spoke to was extremely helpful.
Once we peruse the different styles available we will return to purchase some.

Lovely staff, amazing prices and vast range.

I was very happy with the instore staff and the design and then the process of delivery.
But I found the instruction and installation guides to be very in adequate and very in accurate in some cases and believe they need to be updated with a much more step-by-step guide for each process. Also a numbering or lettering system for all parts that is relevant to the guidelines would be very helpful

Always fantastic when you not only get a bargain but it pays off with Fruit.
Got some reduced Tomato Seedlings and they are nice and large now with
developing tomatoes. I would recommend Gepps Cross Store, love the Garden Centre.

Stratco has a great range and very competitive prices. The Gepps X store is my go to especially when I need hardware for fencing and other household maintenance. As a keen DIYer they are a perfect partner to get my tasks done. Stratco staff are always available and willing to help.
Recently I purchased an adjustable quick assembly gate. Initially I didn't know where they were in the store nor exactly what size I needed. Their friendly staff guided me straight to them and gave me the info I needed to choose the right assembly. This is exactly the assistance anyone would expect from a hardware store.
Nothing but good things to say about this Stratco so I will return there for my next project requirements.
