1-Customer service very poor (arrogant attitude ). After the sale totally ignore the customer
2- kit instructions very confusing to follow, specially trying to identify the frame items
3- overall " very average "

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure my fence order was to my specification. Although the store was a little busy and understaffed as my consult was interrupted a couple of times as the manager was the person serving me. Despite this I would still highly recommend as the products are great, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

We had our Stratco gate broken by someone trying to break in to our property. Carmella from customer service went above and beyond to get us new hinges sent from Smeaton Grange to her at Huntingwood and then posted to us. Carmella's help saved me a 3 hour round trip to my nearest store. The hinges have arrived and the gate is good as new!!

I got to Huntingwood & find what I want, as well as the easy customer pick up area for orders. The sales staff are competent & I find them helpful for projects, as well as ideas you may not have thought of.

I bought over $6000 of material from them Had to make some changes told me call or email sent email no reply over six sent email very frustrating Also told me when they will deliver materials As I could be there for delivery I go away for five days and get message materials on site with photo they had delivered materials and dumped them on my front yard not happy with there customer service had to ring them to take materials back until I was back home Once you pay they don’t care very poor service
