Scott answered all our questions,provided a demo of the product and did an initial quote based on our size estimate. Revised this later with a more exact estimate. Then organised the installation.All well done.

Firstly like to thank Paul Burrowes for his organising and informing me of the design, recommended building surveyor, tips for construction and abreast of the order. Thank you to Steve the delivery man who helped me get the items in to my garage and off the street. Now I just have to put it together.

Install costs are too expensive and not quoted prior to purchasing your product so now I’m stuck with a pack of materials without an installer, this should have been transparent prior to purchasing

1 Staff member here is extremely helpful & friendly. Very comical & jovial, a real asset to your company. Offered me the Stratco card pointing out I'd save money money receiving bonus $ when I spent over $100 in which. Unfortunately I dont have his name.
I purchasimed 35 bags on Brunnings potting mix at the bargain price of $2.99 for a 25 litre bag. I like this potting mix finding it a good balance for my pots. I would highly reccomend this brand at a fabulous price. I'm sure you wont find a better price anywhere at this time.
Grab it while you can before it sells out.

l highly recommend Stratco Deer Park in Victoria for the service and the help with the pergola kit l purchased. Scot Hyland went out of his way to help me with the design, colour selection and engineering information that l needed. Also the delivery driver Sahi went out of his way to helpme move the kit into the side access of my home. l could not be more pleased to have bought the from Stratco and with the service they provided.

Customer service was ok until the product was delivered. Parts were missing and it was difficult to get Stratco to get the parts delivered in a reasonable time. We had to continue to chase them up to find out where the parts were. They said they would call be we did not receive ANY follow up from Paul unless we called and asked to speak to him.
I would not recommend Stratco Deer park to anyone

Scott Hyland solved a difficult problem fingering how to extend our existing sloping patio thus making a square frame give us a perfect mount to fit shade blinds we we very happy with Steve our delivery man and the amazing blind installer sorry can't remember his name.

Access by car is very good and there were plenty of customer parking spaces available mid-afternoon when I last visited the store. Product displays were generally very clear and attractive. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
