No assembly instructions with kit i purchased. Found a crap basic on on stratco page. Was told the double good neighbour gates came assembled, it wasn't and disaster to assemble.

Recently needed fencing for a project at home. I visited the Caboolture store and was able to not only speak with someone who wanted to assist but also knew about their product lines. Great service and nothing was too much bother. I'll be back for my next project - more fencing and then the patio!!

Great looking Pool fence

Ordered a frameless glass pool fence from Stratco Caboolture and was served by Tammy who went above and beyond to make sure that the fence and the installation went through without any dramas. A big thank you to Tammy and the team at Caboolture and also to the installer Ross and his son for the amazing attention to detail that they put into the installation to the glass fencing and the other 2 adjoining fences.

Structure was passed, on condition that a fire wall was built next to the boundary line (additional cost of $15k)

Easy enough to put up by a handyman with good after sales service. No specialist tools required apart from a turn up/down tool which I was able to fabricate from a small block of aluminium & a angle grinder.

I am comfortable in asking questions around the staff because they show they care about me as a customer no matter how big the order is.
The store has been there for many years and i travel further to this store for the service I have continued to receive over the years.
