Requested a quote from 2 different stratco stores, my wife chased one and so did i, over 2 weeks now and no one has got back to us with the price ??....just excuses ?........how hard can it be ?..........we actually are looking at buying 3 sheds, not that it makes a difference obviously.......your sales people obviously have better things to do.................absolutely pathetic !!

Good informative support and everything went as the staff said it would - no shortcuts, they just delivered on time and without issues. Will certainly shop there again for any hardware requirement.

I have used stretch for a number of purchases when I find I need the products that they carry. I have always found their staff to be very helpful and have never had a bad experience. I am now 81 so i do not require so much now as I did when I first came to this area to live. The items I have bought have proved to be reliable and I have never had the need to return any item because of it being unsuitable. Good support by the staff when finding what I want means I do not have to worry about buying the wrong thin.

Customer service is exceptional at this store. With a very reasonable stock. Water fittings need upgrading with a bit of quality but it's nothing really when the staff are so helpful and accommodating.
