Great price on our patio we had install by a very caring installer and his help they took a lot of care for the patio as they did there job.

Went in looking for a small water pump for my rain water tank, sales guy was very helpfull in pointing out features and prices etc of various models in stock, worked out what I needed, brought it there and then, job done.

I purchased 8 cans of Guardian Spray Paint, 'Driftwood' to do quite a bit of touching up to a Startco superdek fence in the same colour, at a cost of $80 ($10 each). So far, FOUR (4!) of the 8 cans - 50% of them - have clogged up while still VERY full. And yes, I did follow the instructions (especially after the first clogged up), shook it for MORE than the required 60 seconds, re-shook it during application, inverted the can to try to clear the nozzle - No joy! Rubbish product!

Very helpful staff with professional service for all your hardware needs. Product selection and availability is very good. Opening hours are practical. Plenty of parking space. Staff helpful for loading when required.

I only want small low cost items for home handyman work but the staff always look for ways to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble even when they are busy.

It does not appear to be steel at all, it very bendable aluminium. The strength was what attracted me to it. After setting it up it is very wobbly, and definitely not “suitable for all types of weather”. In the end it is very expensive for a cheaply made aluminium gazebo. If we get a year or 2 out of it, I’ll be happy. But at the moment I feel lied to and ripped off. I should have bought the cheap Bunnings one.

I have found the staff very courteous and helpful. I found Angela to be very informative and eager to help. The store is well located and the store is well organised to find things.

The service I received at the Capalaba store was exceptional, Angel served me, she was friendly, informative, and helped me find the products I required, then loaded my purchases into my car, very good service, all with a beautiful smile on her face, she is a happy person, she is such an asset to your store, I will be returning to your store

Visited to find a narrow shed and they had most of the range assembled and able to view !

Helpful staff that helped with selection, advice on base required and a quote to take away while I checked dimensions one more time.

Calling the store the following weekend I was not dissapointed as I got the same great service placing the order was made easy.
Chose installation and someone called me early on monday to schedule.
Great experience allround.

Excellent help in designing my new roof it was not a stock build But with the help of competent staff it was a breeze
It was a DIY build and could not have been easier The only issue was two parts were incorrect This was solved efficiently with one phone call

Very friendly and informative in helping put together a package deal and thinking of everything needed for me on my fence project.

Nathan at Capalaba went above and beyond to assist with latest privacy screening job. he rang me and kept me up to date with delivery times and arrival in to store.

We live in the area, so this store is our closest. After visiting there to compare products by other companies the first time, we realized that this was the only place to shop and have been back on numerous occasions and will keep shopping there. The Management and Staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all their products and price wise are very comparable with anywhere.

The wonderful people at this store certainly went the extra mile especially Nathan. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and he went to great lengths to ensure that I was satisfied with everything about my custom built shed, which by the way we are more than satisfied with.

I like using the natural firelighters as they are a lot eco friendly and non toxic for if you use the other type of firelighters. And healthy for if you use firelighters for cooking or starting up heatbeads for a camping Cobb Cooker. These Natural firelighters are really good to use.

Staff are always super helpful, great pricing, product availability. We’ve spent quite a bit here and are looking at buying a lot more in the near future. Just love this place

Not happy at all with the quality of your shed I just bought and installed.
It is nowhere near the size advertised and your staff would not help resolve the problem. It is advertised as being .85m deep however i couldn't fit a freestanding shelf unit in it that us .71m wide. The roof is only .82m deep which even by your explanation is smaller than the .95m advertised.
Not happy at all.

Went into stratco to purchase a shed. Had a pretty good idea of what I needed.
Was greeted by Garry who was just great.
