Very knowledgeable staff who helped me ensure I got the right product and even gave me tips on installation! The roof on my pergola looks amazing! The only down side was the delivery fee was over the top so I arranged my own transport.

after 3 months my patio was final delivered by sam the delivery man top job sam very friendly helpful a credit to his profession. thats about the only good thing i can say. manager at the pakenham store shaun good bloke easy to deal with good knowledge of the job. sadly he is let down very badly by the so called assistant manager who seams to have very little knowledge and cares even less. so would i deal with stratco pakenham again. if i could deal only with shaun then maybe. if i had to deal with the assistant manager NO WAY WOULD I EVER GO BACK

Vicki and Shaun from the Pakenham store were so helpful, giving sound advice regarding a glass pool fence and a custom steel panel. Vicki helped design the custom panel and Shaun saved my life by going above and beyond to email me glazing certificates just in time. They were both so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I cant thank them enough!!

The crew at this Pakenham store are very focused on customer service and their degree of product knowledge is outstanding. Purchase one of the Stratco 6mtr x 5.4mtr sheds and the sales person who help design and select colours was very helpful. Keep up the good work guys!
