Bought some products on their online store. Pickup at their physical store and I found out the price was cheaper elsewhere, so the store staff talked to the boss and they agree to lower their price to match other store and processed a refund back to my card. I was happy at the end.

I ordered an online garden shed and it was delivered to me with in 2 days. It was so quick and easy to use the online portal as I am not good at the computer.

Easy to assemble, need to paint these yourself. The man at the store wasn't overly helpful and was willing to let me drive off in my car with the box he placed in the car hitting my gearstick. He laughed it off and told me to take the backroads

having previously been very satisfied with my purchases from Stratco I was dissapointed to find that the Fan I purchased last week did not include the special type of globe required but that you did not sell them, nor was it easy to purchase same from normal outlets. Nor could I buy a 6w one as all retailers contacted only sold 3w which does not provide sufficient light for the room.

Purchased Sunscape 3 x 6m gazebo online and used click and collect service. Very efficient, no problems. Unfortunately putting up the gazebo was a problem as the canopy was too small for the frame.
