Unfortunately i havent heard from craig. The only person i spoke to was paul but he is only for nsw and im in vic. I have only been offered one particular car in dandenong. We dont have a car at all and if this keeps being delayed i will have to go tomorrow tuesday and have a look at a very cheap car to buy to at least take me to and from work. Im sick of the 2 and half hour commute on public transport each way. Could i pick a car from a caryard and you guys do the finance? Just cant go on like this.

So do you have to have the insurance & registration with you ?

Matt A.Alpha Finance

Hi Scarlett,
Thanks for the question and a good one at that. Our car leasing program does include vehicle registration, CTP and Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance bundled into the fixed repayment amounts. Our customers find this a really positive offering because it allows them to have a good handle on their household/personal budget. It takes away the hassles of large annual or half yearly bills, and having to keep track of a range of different cost charges. When Christmas, school holidays and birthdays come along our customers don't have the hassle of managing extra bills because Alpha Car Finance has these significant annual vehicle expenses covered.

I would recommend not to go ahead with Alpha. They are a total rip off.I would suggest tat you try getting a car loan through a bank or a legitimate finance company.Alpha tries to make it look like a finance but basically they put clients on a lease to own plan where you will end up paying three times more for the car and wont even own it at the end,

Alpha Finance
Matt A.Alpha Finance

Hi Jas,
We specialise in helping people in the credit challenged market so if you are able to get 1st tier lenders to assist you with your finance we would encourage that.

If you are unable to access this type of finance give us a call so we can explain how our product works and then you can choose if it will suit your needs. We are not here to rip anyone off and the previous comment is from someone who has not even used our service and keeps posting negative things about our company. We do not know why.

If we can assist you in anyway give us a call and do your research.

thanks and good luck

Keep in mind that servicing, registration and insurance is covered with Alpha throughout the duration of your contract. Yes, you do pay more for your car but my girlfriend just bought a car through Kia Finance versus mine through Alpha. I end up paying $4,000 more over the duration of my contract than her but her insurance, registration and insurance is not included in her repayments. My contract is also 5 years with Alpha, hers is 7 years and I pay $20 more per week than her. If you do the math, it's really not that different. Alpha make their money leasing it out as a rental before they move to the finance part, of course they are making a lot of money off its customers however I have a late 2015 SUV which I end up paying $48,000 for at the end, assuming I had the cash and I bought this car from a dealer now, I would still be paying around $35,000. $13,000 different and I'm pretty sure I'd come close to getting my monies worth in services, insurance and registration. Think about it and weigh up the options, it's not as bad as it seems. People just see the end amount on their contract and freak out without doing the math!!

Alpha has been in business for 10years and is proud to assist over 150,000 Australians a year with our products and service.
When a client has an issue with our service we have an Internal Dispute Resolution Process and if we cannot resolve the issue amicably (which is very rare) we have an External Dispute Resolution Process through the Credit and Investment Ombudsman. Within the Alpha Car Finance business EVERY client has the option to upgrade, downgrade and/or exercise the option to own within their lease to own car finance product. It is important to note that Alpha's fixed weekly or fortnightly repayments include the Car, Registration and Comprehensive Insurance and financing for the full term. We have many, many happy and satisfied customers whom have completed their leases and opted for the transfer of ownership option and why not as they then have an asset in their driveway! For these many happy clients we're extremely proud that we've been able to assist them.

if you are on time and good with weekly payment and yes are committed to paying off a big car loan then i dont see any problems . But just look into there late fees, dishounor fees penalties cause that is were they get you and it does build up quickly into arrea which they can be very demanding that you pay up, they ring you 2-3 times a day, email you to contact them Urgently to avoid further action and it can be very stress full. As i am only going by my experience as i am just leasing my veichle and it has prob been immobilized more than the times i get to drive it and thats only because i have missed a payment talking to them is a waste of time as they dont consider your circumstance so they immobilize it without even letting you know, they even threat to reposess your car if you dont make a payment or if they dont hear from you by a certain time.As they go through so many new staff all the time you have to explain your payment agreements all the time as they sometimes dont record your payment plan agreement into your file . Yes i do regret leasing my car from them but i am just going to hang out for another year then opt out of my lease earlier as i just dont want to deal with unprofessional, rude, demanding company. May be have a look around at other financial companys first before you decide on Alpha .. I hope my answer gave you a bit of info that you were after... Good Luck shop wisely
